The episode begins with a tense atmosphere as Mahid approaches Pervez, his expression filled with concern. “Seher has a fever,” Mahid informs him, his voice laced with urgency. He advises Pervez to take immediate action and get Seher to the hospital for proper treatment. However, Pervez dismisses the suggestion outright, shaking his head defiantly. Mahid’s brow furrows in suspicion; he senses that something is off.
In an attempt to assuage Mahid’s worries, Pervez concocts a lie, claiming that he has already called for a lady doctor who is en route to tend to Seher. He insists that Mahid should return to his own house and assures him that he will update him once Seher feels better. Despite his reluctance to leave Seher alone, Mahid feels he has no choice but to comply. He departs, his heart heavy with concern for Seher’s well-being.
Later, as Mahid walks through familiar streets, his thoughts drift back to Seher. Memories flood his mind—her laughter, their shared moments, and the bond they have forged. He tries to convince himself that his worries are purely about her health and not rooted in any deeper feelings. Yet, a nagging doubt lingers as he reflects on the depth of his care for her.
Meanwhile, Seher gradually regains consciousness. As her eyes flutter open, she notices Mahid’s ring lying nearby, a stark reminder of their connection. Panic washes over her as she wonders if Mahid has discovered her whereabouts. Taking a moment to gather her thoughts, she realizes that she is in her own house. The memories of recent events come rushing back—how she ended up here and the precarious situation she faces.
Earlier, during her escape, the driver had recognized her as Mahid’s fiancée. As they drove, Seher became increasingly suspicious of the route they were taking. “Where are you taking me?” she inquired, her voice steady despite her rising anxiety. The driver, revealing his true colors, informed her that he was taking her back to Lucknow against her will. “I won’t go back with you!” she protested vehemently. The driver, embittered, recounted how Mahid had brutally beaten Ayesha’s lover after she eloped, vowing to punish anyone who helped Seher escape. “If Mahid finds out I aided you, I won’t live to tell the tale,” he threatened ominously.
Desperate, Seher demanded that he stop the car. However, the driver locked the doors to prevent her from jumping out. In a moment of defiance, she threatened him, her heart racing. He reluctantly halted the vehicle, but before she could make her escape, he attacked her from behind, catching her off guard. Seher fought back, determined to find Kausar, her mother, and escape the clutches of those who sought to control her fate.
Meanwhile, Sultana is at home, trying to reach out to her daughter Amal, who is visibly upset. “Amal, please let me in. I just want to hug you,” Sultana pleads, her voice filled with longing. However, Amal pushes her away, demanding that she stay out of her life. Farid, witnessing the confrontation, is shocked to see a knife in Amal’s hand. “Drop the knife!” he commands, his voice firm but filled with concern.
Amal, feeling betrayed, accuses Sultana of returning only to show her fake love. “You’ve never been there for me,” she cries, her eyes filled with tears. “Kausar gives me the warmth and love you never did.” Sultana, hurt by the comparison, argues that Amal is unfairly equating her mother with a servant. “You’re my daughter, and I love you!” she exclaims, desperation creeping into her voice. Amal, however, voices her doubts, suggesting that Sultana might not even be her real mother.
Farid steps in, attempting to mediate the escalating situation. “Let’s just calm down,” he says, trying to console Amal while urging Sultana to give them some space. Frustrated and overwhelmed, Sultana suddenly slits her wrist in a moment of despair. Farid rushes to her side, administering first aid, his heart heavy with concern for both women.
Meanwhile, Sofia notices Seher frantically searching for Kausar. She approaches Pervez, demanding answers. “What have you done to Kausar?” she presses, her voice tinged with urgency. Pervez remains tight-lipped, refusing to respond, which only heightens Sofia’s anxiety.
In a different part of town, Mahid discovers that Moulana is attempting to arrange Ayesha’s wedding to an elderly man, igniting his anger. “You can’t force a 15-year-old girl to marry someone like that!” he argues passionately with the men involved in the arrangement. Moulana, unfazed, suggests that if he learns Seher is only 16, he won’t proceed with the marriage.
Back at home, Seher confronts Pervez, demanding to know where her mother is. “You need to tell me where Kausar is!” she insists, her voice firm. Pervez responds coldly, stating that Kausar will only be released once Mahid marries Seher.
Kausar, trapped and desperate, pleads with Pervez to let her go. “You can’t keep me here like this!” she exclaims, her voice filled with anguish. Pervez remains unmoved, reiterating that her freedom is contingent upon Mahid’s marriage to Seher. The tension escalates as Moulana warns Pervez to keep Seher’s true age a secret from Mahid, knowing it could complicate their plans.
As the episode draws to a close, Mahid questions Seher about her real age, his tone serious. Kausar, determined to protect her daughter, resolves to do whatever it takes to stop Seher’s wedding, setting the stage for a dramatic confrontation ahead.
