The episode begins with a conversation between Tina and Gulab, where Tina inquires about the reasons behind Nawab’s departure from their home. Gulab responds by questioning whether Nawab has ever confided in Tina about this matter. She explains that Tina is not considered a special friend by Nawab, which is why he has chosen not to share the truth with her. Gulab believes that Nawab has deliberately concealed certain facts from Tina, acting out of a desire to avoid humiliation. As the scene unfolds, Gulab notices Heer in the library, and Anmol comments on Heer’s diligent nature, highlighting her hardworking attitude.
Meanwhile, Tina approaches Nawab to ask if his plan will succeed. Nawab confidently assures her that his strategy will indeed work. He orchestrates a scheme involving a girl who will accidentally spill cold drinks on Heer, prompting her to head to the washroom. However, Nawab has cunningly switched the signs on the restrooms, leading Heer to enter the male washroom by mistake. Once inside, she is taken aback to find herself in a space meant for boys. Nawab, having reverted the signage back to normal, watches as the boys begin to tease Heer, calling her desperate for wanting to see boys without their clothes. Overwhelmed by their taunts, Heer begins to cry, realizing that this humiliation was part of Nawab’s plan. As she recalls her wedding vows and the promises made during the saath phere, she confronts Nawab, who is enjoying the chaos.
In a moment of defiance, Heer slaps Nawab in front of everyone, causing an unexpected silence to fall over the crowd. She tells him that this slap is intended to awaken his sense of humanity. Nawab, taken aback, retreats, while Tina steps forward to confront Heer. However, Nawab intervenes, pulling Tina away. Heer feels a sense of empowerment from her actions, believing she has balanced the scales between herself and Nawab.
Later, Tina questions Nawab about his decision to let Heer go, demanding an explanation.
In another scene, Gulab invites her friends over, and the topic of marriage arises. Gulab becomes anxious, not wanting to disclose anything about Nawab’s marital situation. To divert the conversation, she claims she is involved in charity work for a mass wedding in the village. Her friends commend her for her charitable efforts. Suddenly, Priti and Pammi arrive, surprising everyone with their presence. Gulab instructs Richa to take care of the village girls, and they begin to poke fun at Pammi and Priti. Heer is taken aback to see her sisters, and Priti questions her about a previous lie. Heer invites them to sit and mentions her need for a study space. Pammi appears tired, and Priti expresses that everyone misses Heer. As Heer goes to fetch snacks, Pammi accompanies her, while Priti receives an unknown call that seems to worry her.
As the gathering continues, Gulab’s friend calls for Heer to clean the table and collect the dishes. Heer asserts that she is not a maid, which causes Gulab to panic, fearing her friends will discover the truth about Heer. Despite her protests, Heer begins to tidy up, and when a woman orders her to prepare mojitos, Gulab steps in, saying she will handle it. Heer insists on making the mojito with sparkling water and reassures Gulab that she can manage on her own. When Heer successfully prepares the drink, she surprises Gulab, asserting that she is responsible and not one to shy away from her duties. Gulab, feeling pressured, tells Heer to leave, but Heer questions her reluctance to share the truth. Gulab insists that Heer should go, and as she serves the mojito, Pammi mistakenly refers to Gulab as her saas, prompting Heer to correct her, stating that Mrs. Brar is her boss. This revelation leaves Gulab shocked, while Heer stands firm in her stance.
Heer then tells Priti that she won’t disclose anything to their mother to avoid causing her worry. Meanwhile, Pammi is distracted, flirting with Jimmy, whom she finds handsome, and Jimmy seems to take notice of her. Priti, feeling burdened by her own issues, refrains from sharing her problems with Heer, and they ultimately bid farewell.
In a separate conversation, Richa expresses her frustration to Anmol, stating that if someone were to inform her servant about her, she would not let that person off easily. Anmol, however, praises Heer, hoping that one day Gulab will accept her, which adds to Gulab’s anxiety.
At the same time, Nawab is shown to be tense and visibly angry with Heer.
In the preview for the next episode, Nawab takes Heer to a fresher’s party, hinting at further developments in their complicated relationship.
