The episode begins with Heer, who arrives at the hospital accompanied by her friend Koyal, to visit Arjun. Upon seeing him, Heer expresses her concern by questioning why he felt the need to play cricket after sustaining an injury. This moment highlights her care for him and her frustration with his decisions.
As they converse, a girl enters the room, prompting Heer and Koyal to exchange glances, speculating that she might be someone special in Arjun’s life. However, Arjun introduces her as his sister, dispelling their assumptions and allowing for a brief moment of relief.
Arjun then asks Heer why she and Koyal felt it was necessary to come to the hospital to check on him. Heer responds thoughtfully, stating that true friends are those who stand by you during both good and bad times. She emphasizes that they have come to support him, making it clear that he cannot claim to have no one by his side.
Later, Heer arrives at college and tells Koyal that she has completed Nawab’s project, expressing her hope that he will arrive on time. Just then, the professor walks into the classroom and inquires about the project. Heer confidently informs him that she has finished it, but when the professor asks about Nawab, she is interrupted as he arrives. Nawab, however, admits that he has been too busy with other matters to complete the project.
The professor, unhappy with Nawab’s lack of contribution, declares that he will fail both students. Heer pleads with him, insisting that she has done her part and asking him not to fail her. The professor, however, insists that since it was a team project, they must both face the consequences of Nawab’s negligence. As he leaves, Heer tries to reason with him, but he imparts a lesson about the importance of teamwork in both life and relationships.
After this encounter, Nawab approaches Heer, asking how she feels about the situation. He points out that this is what it feels like when a team member does not support you. Heer counters his comment by highlighting the difference between them—she rises on her own merit, while he tends to belittle others. She advises him to work hard to improve himself rather than resorting to underhanded tactics to outshine others. Heer also mentions that she had completed Nawab’s part of the project, but he showed little regard for her efforts.
Feeling overwhelmed, Heer calls her mother and pours out her heart, revealing that her project has been failed. Unbeknownst to her, Nawab overhears her conversation. She expresses her frustration and despair, questioning why her hard work always seems to go to waste. She worries about the potential cancellation of her scholarship, reflecting on the struggles she faced to gain admission to CPU. Heer fears that if Dilip finds out about her failure, he will believe she is not serious about her studies.
Meanwhile, Gulab is seen confronting Heer’s father, who is enjoying a comfortable life. In a fit of anger, Gulab locks him in a room, misleading him into thinking that the door is jammed. She then calls her sons, instructing them to throw him out of the house, demonstrating her contempt for him.
Nawab later approaches Heer to apologize, but when Tina arrives, he quickly changes his tone. He pretends to warn her to stay away from him, showing his inconsistency and lack of genuine remorse.
In the classroom, the same professor expresses his satisfaction at seeing the students he failed still present. Suddenly, the dean of the college enters and calls out Heer’s name, praising her for having an article published in a newspaper. Heer is taken aback, as she did not submit any article to a media house. The dean suggests that perhaps someone recognized her hard work and took the initiative to publish it. He later discovers that the professor had failed her project and insists that he pass the project submitted by Heer.
Heer then asks Arjun if he submitted the project, to which he replies negatively. Koyal informs her that one of her friends works at the same newspaper and witnessed Nawab conversing with the editor regarding the article.
In the preview for the next episode, Ajit is seen slapping Sunny, and Heer advises Gulab to bring back Tayaji, hinting at further developments in the storyline.
