The episode commences with Heer seeking divine intervention, fervently praying to Bhagwan ji to somehow dissolve her unwanted alliance with Nawab. Following her prayers, she proceeds to the hospital to meet him.
Upon arriving at Nawab’s room, the attending nurse requests Heer’s assistance in administering a sponge bath to Nawab. Heer initially expresses reluctance and hesitation, but the nurse earnestly implores her to help. Feeling a sense of shyness, Heer observes as the nurse begins the process of removing Nawab’s clothes. This sight prompts Heer to start openly taunting Nawab, declaring her current state of helplessness. She pointedly tells him that her entry into his life was entirely accidental, just as their subsequent engagement was an unintended occurrence. Seeking a definitive sign or reaction, Heer directly asks Nawab to respond. Unexpectedly, Nawab responds by embracing her.
Startled by his action, Heer quickly calls out to the nurse, asking her to physically separate Nawab from her. It is at this precise moment that Gulab enters the room. Gulab immediately questions the nurse regarding why she did not inform her instead of soliciting Heer’s help for Nawab’s sponge bath, emphasizing to the nurse to use her common sense. Gulab then steps in and separates Heer from Nawab. As she does so, Gulab notices that one of Heer’s earrings has become entangled with a thread caught in Nawab’s hand. Suddenly remembering her prior engagement, Heer reminds Gulab about her upcoming interview, and Gulab instructs Heer to leave immediately.
Turning her attention to Nawab, Gulab urges him to wake up, pleading with him not to inflict punishment upon her. Nawab grasps Gulab’s hand and cries out for his mother. In response, Gulab tenderly hugs Nawab and promptly calls for the doctor. Gulab then begins to emotionally question Nawab about why he had risked his life. She informs Nawab that he is now engaged to Heer, but Nawab denies any knowledge of anyone named Heer.
Meanwhile, Nilu and Priti extend their best wishes to Heer for her interview, advising her to remain composed. Manjeet learns from Heer that she is heading to the college for the interview and initially tells Heer that such activities are unnecessary for her. However, Heer informs Manjeet that Gulab has granted her permission to go, leading Manjit to allow her to leave. Manjeet instructs Heer to proceed directly to the hospital immediately after the interview and strictly not to leave Nawab unattended.
Nawab is subsequently discharged from the hospital. He is informed by the nurse about his engagement, which registers as a shock to him. Gulab, having spoken with the doctor, is assured that Nawab is physically fine.
Heer reaches the hospital only to learn from Manjeet that Nawab has already been discharged. Manjeet comments that the nurse should have informed them as well. Heer is secretly overjoyed, believing that with Nawab’s recovery, everything regarding their engagement will now be clarified and resolved. Heer is extremely happy, while Ajit is shown to be very angry with the Brar family. Overcome with joy, Heer even dances briefly with the nurse.
Nawab, still processing the recent events and perhaps feeling distressed, attempts to remove his engagement ring. Gulab rushes over to stop him, but Nawab asks Gulab to wait for him. Gulab attempts to calm Nawab down. Sunny questions Nawab about his earlier strong desire to marry Heer and wonders what has changed. Nawab then publicly confesses that he fabricated the entire scenario and lied to everyone to save himself, shocking Gulab. Anmol then acknowledges that Heer was right all along, and they were wrong not to trust her, while Jimmy takes the blame, saying it is all his fault. Gulab asks Nawab about the reported suicide attempt, and Nawab explains the details of the incident. Nawab clarifies to Gulab that he is incapable of committing suicide and that the entire situation was a lie orchestrated by him. Nawab admits his deceitful actions, causing Gulab to become deeply worried. Nawab then suggests asking Buzzo about the events, but the others inform him that Buzzo was locked up by his parents. Jimmy reiterates that the fault lies with Nawab, and Nawab desperately asks Gulab to rescue him from this monumental blunder. Gulab remembers that Heer’s family is very orthodox and realizes that Nawab cannot easily back out of this matter. Nawab implores Gulab to save him, just as she has in the past.
Simultaneously, Ajit becomes uncontrollably angry, resulting in him beginning to throw objects inside the house. Taiji attempts to console Ajit, urging him to calm down. Heer tells Nilu how happy she is today and announces her intention to fetch some sweets to celebrate. Just then, Heer is surprised to see Gulab arrive at their house, accompanied by Sunny. Ajit’s anger flares again, but Taiji asks him to control himself. Ajit extends a formal welcome to them and invites them to sit down. Gulab informs everyone that Nawab is now back to normal and states that Nawab confessed he never loved Heer and had never even met her previously. Heer speaks up, reminding everyone present that she had consistently told them she did not love Nawab. Gulab tries to calm Heer down. Gulab then announces to everyone that she is officially breaking the alliance and returns the engagement ring to Heer. This news leaves everyone present completely shocked.
