The episode begins with a tense confrontation between Dilip and Gulab. Dilip, having uncovered Gulab’s deceitful plans, hands her divorce papers, making it clear that he has had enough of her manipulative ways. He firmly instructs her not to set foot in his house again, issuing an ultimatum: if Nawab fails to marry Heer, he will proceed with the divorce. Gulab, cornered and desperate, reluctantly agrees to Dilip’s terms, assuring him that Nawab will indeed marry Heer.
However, Nawab soon reveals to Gulab that her schemes have backfired; he has no intention of marrying Heer. Dilip, undeterred, insists that Nawab must accept his fate and go through with the marriage. In a dramatic turn of events, Dilip locks Nawab in a room, leaving Gulab feeling utterly helpless in the situation.
Meanwhile, Heer reaches out to Nawab, inquiring about their predicament. Nawab confesses that he had planned to elope but was caught before he could execute his plan. Heer questions Nawab about why he announced his intentions so openly, to which he retorts by asking why she didn’t elope as well. Reflecting on her father’s oppressive behavior, Heer expresses her concerns. Nawab then suggests that perhaps he should marry Simran instead. In response, Heer proposes a clever idea: if Nawab can bribe the pandit ji, he might be able to change the astrological alignment (grah nakshatra) to their advantage. Lovely, trying to eavesdrop on their conversation, is pulled away by Nilu, while Nawab finds himself impressed by Heer’s resourcefulness.
Later, Gulab brings food to Nawab, but he refuses to eat. She tries to persuade him, claiming that she is powerless in this situation and even suggests that he should marry Heer. Gulab promises to manage Heer and make her submit to their plans. However, Nawab, filled with distrust, accuses Gulab of betrayal and orders her to leave the room, asserting that her game is over. Hurt by his words, Gulab is left feeling defeated, while Nawab learns from Buzzo that he has already paid the pandit ji.
In another part of the house, Ajit consults the pandit ji directly, seeking clarity on the wedding prospects. The pandit informs him that this year is not favorable for marriages. When Ajit presses for solutions, the pandit suggests that the bride and groom should not see each other’s faces for an entire year. Tayaji, not convinced, calls in another pandit ji for a second opinion. Meanwhile, Heer offers a solution to Tayaji: she will wear a ghoonghat, while Nawab will come in a sehra, effectively concealing their identities during the ceremony.
Dilip shares with Gulab that Nawab will indeed have to wear the sehra, while Heer will don the ghoonghat. Gulab, suspecting that this might be a new ploy by Nawab, decides to support him in this endeavor. She urges Dilip to accept their conditions, and he confirms this arrangement with Ajit. Gulab silently prays for Nawab’s success in his plan.
As the wedding preparations continue, Nawab gets ready, and the atmosphere is filled with excitement as everyone admires his groom’s attire. Anmol presents Nawab with the sehra, but he initially refuses to wear it. Dilip insists, explaining that it is a request from Heer’s family, and Nawab reluctantly agrees.
Nilu arrives to escort Heer, who is taken aback when she sees Heer in her bridal dress. Heer reassures Nilu not to cry, explaining that she does not intend to marry Nawab.
Dilip inspects the wedding arrangements, and Buzzo enters wearing a shawl, complaining about a cold. Nilu expresses her concern to Heer, lamenting that despite her hard work in her studies, she is now being forced into marriage. Nilu worries about the potential consequences if their plans fail, but Heer assures her that no one can separate them.
Buzzo meets with Nawab, encouraging him to be happy on his wedding day. Dilip announces that he, along with Nawab and Buzzo, will leave for the wedding, but they are burdened with gifts. Gulab insists that there isn’t time to unload the gifts, emphasizing the urgency of their departure. Buzzo offers to take Nawab with him, asking Dilip to trust him. In a clever twist, Nawab and Buzzo exchange their clothes in the car, setting the stage for their plan to unfold. Heer remains hopeful that their scheme will succeed.
In the precap, Dilip begins to harbor doubts about Nawab, hinting at the potential unraveling of their carefully laid plans.
