The episode begins with a serene scene as Aparajita and Rakshit stand together, gazing up at the moon, their hearts filled with hope as they pray for the happiness of their parents. Aparajita, lost in thought, expresses her desire to do something meaningful for them but feels uncertain about how to proceed.
Just then, she spots a shooting star streaking across the night sky and excitedly declares that everything will be good from now on. Rakshit, also witnessing the celestial event, shares her optimism, believing that something positive is on the horizon.
Suddenly, Sudha enters the room and notices the beautiful sarees laid out on the bed. Curious, she asks Rakshit about them. He explains that he has left behind Arvind’s legacy, referring to the family’s fashion heritage. Sudha, concerned, advises him not to dwell on such thoughts. She reminds him that he has built a successful fashion house, a testament to his hard work and dedication.
Rakshit’s expression turns somber as he reflects on the past. He mentions that if Arvind were still alive, his Maheshwari saree would have been offered to Goddess Narmada during the Narmada festival, a tradition that brought Arvind immense pride each year. However, he laments that this proud moment has been absent for the past four years.
Despite the success he has achieved as a businessman, he feels he has failed as a son. Determined to honor his father’s legacy, Rakshit resolves that this year, the saree will indeed be offered to Goddess Narmada. Sudha, sensing his determination, reassures him of her confidence in his abilities and embraces him warmly.
As they share this heartfelt moment, Rakshit notices a shadow lurking near the door. He opens it to find Badi Maa, who unexpectedly falls to the ground. Sudha quickly inquires about her presence, and Rakshit humorously suggests that Badi Maa is keeping tabs on him to see how he is managing. He reassures her that her reminder about Arvind’s legacy will keep him focused. Badi Maa, however, harbors suspicions, thinking that Rakshit is undermining her plans.
The next day, the atmosphere is lively as Aparajita announces that breakfast is ready. Aradhya, however, declares she isn’t hungry. Bua chimes in, noting the variety of dishes Aparajita has prepared, all of their favorites.
Avinash teases Aparajita, implying that she has made a mess in the kitchen before cleaning it up. In response, Aparajita vows that she will stand up for her sister if the situation calls for it. Malti, meanwhile, reminds everyone that Aparajita is only a guest for a few days and encourages her to eat before leaving.
In a bid to lighten the mood, Aparajita breaks into a dance, and her infectious energy soon draws her family in, creating a joyful atmosphere as they all join in the fun.
The scene shifts as Rohan arrives with his parents, and Ramgopal warmly welcomes them. Pramila, Rohan’s mother, comments that it feels like they are throwing a party. Aparajita quickly clarifies that they are just enjoying breakfast together.
Pramila then discusses the upcoming wedding, emphasizing that there should be no shortcomings in the celebrations. Traditionally, the bride’s family covers the wedding expenses, but Pramila insists that since Rohan loves Aradhya so much, they should split the costs. Malti beams with happiness at this suggestion, hopeful for a fair arrangement.
However, Pramila soon casts doubt on Ramgopal’s ability to meet their expectations. She taunts him, pointing out that only one person in their family is earning. She hands over a long list of functions and expenses, shocking Malti and Ramgopal.
Avinash exclaims in disbelief at the 15 lakh price tag attached to the wedding expenses. Aradhya, confused and concerned, turns to Rohan, asking, “What is this?” Pramila demands that Ramgopal quickly inform her whether he can manage these expenses, and with that, she takes Rohan away.
Meanwhile, Rakshit is seen discussing Maheshwari sarees with Shastri. Raveena enters the scene, greeting Shastri warmly. As Rakshit interacts with them, memories of the past flood his mind, reminding him of the rich heritage he is trying to uphold.
The episode concludes with a poignant sense of anticipation, as Rakshit grapples with the weight of his family’s legacy and the looming wedding expenses that threaten to overshadow the joy of the upcoming celebrations.
Precap: Shastri informs Rakshit and Raveena that their sarees are unsuitable for Goddess Narmada, insisting that they must provide a saree that embodies true soul and spirit.
In a touching moment, Aparajita presents a saree to Malti, stating that she made it four years ago. Simultaneously, Arvind is seen giving his handmade saree to Rakshit, symbolizing the enduring legacy of craftsmanship and love that binds their family together.
