In a bustling market, Pushpa and Rajni cross paths, and Rajni takes the opportunity to flaunt her expensive new umbrella, its elegance drawing the attention of passersby. With a sly smile, she suggests that Pushpa should consider bribing her with something equally impressive. Rajni’s tone shifts as she mentions Anu and Bipin, expressing her belief that they should have already tied the knot. Pushpa, however, is determined to convince Gopal, her husband, about the potential alliance, insisting that it would be a beneficial match for Anu.

Rajni, ever the opportunist, warns Pushpa that Bipin won’t remain a bachelor for long, subtly pressuring her to act quickly. Pushpa’s mind races with the thought of not wanting to lose such a promising match for her daughter. The conversation leaves her feeling unsettled, and she resolves to take action.

Meanwhile, Anu is feeling downcast as she prepares to leave the office. Memories of her first day working with Arya flood her mind, filling her with a bittersweet sense of nostalgia. As she walks out, Pushpa, inspired by her encounter with Rajni, decides to respond in kind. She envisions creating a stunning umbrella for herself, one that would outshine Rajni’s. With determination, she sets to work and manages to craft an elaborate umbrella, eager to show it off in the rain.

However, as she steps outside, the umbrella’s decorative elements begin to fall apart, completely undermining her efforts. Rajni, spotting Pushpa, can’t resist making fun of her mishap. Anger surges within Pushpa as she tears the umbrella in frustration, feeling humiliated by Rajni’s laughter.

Meanwhile, Arya is lost in thought, contemplating Harsh’s recent words. Jhende, his trusted associate, approaches him with news that he has informed the police and halted a fraudulent transaction that had been causing concern. Arya expresses his gratitude, but Jhende’s expression turns serious as he questions how long this cycle of losses will continue. He points out that Harsh’s actions have consistently resulted in significant setbacks for Arya, and yet Arya continues to support him.

Arya, feeling the weight of Jhende’s words, admits that he cannot confront Harsh directly. Jhende, aware of the deeper issues at play, mentions that Harsh has crossed a line by firing Anu, which only adds to Arya’s turmoil. Arya falls silent, grappling with his conflicting loyalties as Jhende departs, leaving him alone with his thoughts.

In another part of town, Gopal is browsing through sarees for Anu when his boss arrives, mocking Gopal’s financial status and belittling his ability to afford anything nice for his daughter. The insult stings, and Gopal remains silent, his disappointment palpable. Just then, Pushpa arrives and stands up for her husband, asserting that Gopal can indeed buy the saree. The boss, taken aback, challenges her to pay for it, and Pushpa confidently responds that she will purchase it through an installment plan.

Proudly, Pushpa informs Gopal that Anu has secured a good job, which means they are now in a position to afford the saree. When she comes home, she excitedly shows off the beautiful saree to her neighbors. However, Rajni, ever the critic, seizes the moment to taunt Pushpa. Undeterred, Pushpa announces that she is hosting Mata Ki Chowki at home, a religious gathering meant to bring blessings. As the ladies depart, Rajni presses Pushpa about her conversation with Gopal regarding the alliance. Pushpa, feeling the pressure, lies, claiming she has already spoken to him and that she will soon convince him. Rajni, sensing an opportunity, insists that Gopal and Pushpa should agree to the match once they meet Bipin.

That evening, Anu returns home, her heart heavy with the burden of her recent job loss. She struggles with how to break the news to her parents, particularly when Pushpa presents the new saree she purchased. Pushpa explains the payment plan, but Anu hides the truth about her situation, not wanting to dampen her mother’s excitement.

Feeling the need for support, Anu decides to visit her friend Simran. Once there, she confides in Simran about Harsh firing her and expresses her fear that Arya will never forgive her this time. The thought of Arya brings a wave of longing, and Simran teasingly suggests that Anu might be in love with him. Anu is taken aback by this realization but quickly dismisses it. Despite her denials, Simran can see the truth in Anu’s eyes and warns her not to let Arya’s absence affect her happiness. Yet, Anu admits that she wants Arya in her life, leaving Simran worried for her friend’s emotional well-being.

The following day, Anu puts on a brave face, acting as if she is heading to work. She leaves the house, determined to maintain the facade. Meanwhile, Arya is busy at the office, but as he glances at Anu’s empty desk, a wave of sadness washes over him. He misses her presence, and his heart sinks with regret.

In a moment of vulnerability, Anu attempts to call Arya, but Meera, who is in the conference room with him, sees the incoming call and disconnects it before he can answer. Anu, feeling helpless and alone, is left to grapple with her emotions, longing for the connection she once had with Arya.
