Noticing Abhira’s agitation, Arman approaches her, seeking to understand what is bothering her. In a moment of hesitation, Abhira fabricates a story, claiming that Vani is the daughter of a friend from Mussoorie. Arman, displaying his caring nature, inquires about the health of this friend, suggesting that he could connect her with a well-known doctor. Abhira, feeling trapped, tells him that her friend has passed away. This prompts Arman to ask about Vani’s situation, and Abhira explains that Vani is all alone, with no one else to turn to. Arman, skeptical, questions how it is possible for Vani to have no relatives. Abhira insists that she is the only one Vani has left. When Arman probes further about the circumstances surrounding Vani’s parents’ deaths, Abhira’s panic escalates. She fears that revealing the truth could devastate Arman, and the thought of losing him is unbearable. Myra decides to fetch some clothes for Vani, hoping to lighten her mood. In another part of the house, Kiara reflects on the ongoing drama that seems to persist even after her marriage. Surekha urges Kiara to send Manisha back home before the community starts to judge them. Kiara defends Manisha, explaining that she is only there to ensure Kiara’s well-being. This leads to a heated argument between Surekha and Abhira, further escalating the tension in the household.
As Abhira’s restlessness grows, Vidya notices her distress and asks if Arman is upset because she left the party. Abhira confides in Vidya, revealing that their apparent happiness is merely a façade. She shares the painful truth that Meher is to blame for the turmoil, and she witnessed Anita’s tragic death, during which Anita entrusted her with Vani’s care. Vidya is visibly shaken by this revelation. Abhira expresses her desire to come clean to Arman, but Vidya warns her that he may not be able to handle such a heavy burden. Despite Vidya’s concerns, Abhira insists that they will find a way to manage Arman’s reaction. Just then, Myra rushes in with alarming news that Vani is missing.
Abhira immediately begins searching for Vani, eventually discovering her hiding among the toys. Myra finds her first and tries to coax her out, but Vani is too frightened to respond. Abhira asks the others—Arman, Vidya, and Myra—to leave, insisting that she can handle Vani on her own. Myra wants to take her teddy bear with her, but Abhira asks her to leave it for the night, instructing Arman to help Myra get to sleep. Vidya attempts to engage Abhira in conversation, but Abhira remains resolute in her decision to comfort Vani by herself.
Once alone with Vani, Abhira tries to provide comfort. Myra, still concerned, asks Arman why Vani is so frightened and whether her parents will come back. Arman gently explains that they will not be returning. Vani expresses her fear that Abhira might leave her too. In response, Abhira reassures Vani by asking her to hold her hand while she sleeps, hoping to provide some sense of security.
Myra turns to Arman, inquiring if Abhira will return after leaving. He reassures her, encouraging Myra to take care of Vani in the meantime. Meanwhile, Kiara is urging Manisha to return home, assuring her that she can manage everything on her own. Manisha, however, refuses to leave, determined to teach Surekha a lesson. Abhira tries to console Surekha, but Surekha retaliates by setting a trap for Kiara. She brings out Charu’s belongings to illustrate to Abhira that Kiara reacts negatively whenever Charu’s name is mentioned. Manisha prepares to counter Surekha’s actions with her own plans.
As Vani quietly slips out of the room, Abhira’s anxiety rises again. Arman advises Abhira to give Vani some space and to try and relax herself. However, Abhira’s mind drifts back to Arman’s unintentional mistake, and her restlessness returns, leaving her in a state of turmoil.
