Meanwhile, Mukti notices a subtle movement from Abhira, prompting her to alert the doctor. The doctor, initially dismissive, suggests that Mukti might be mistaken. However, Mukti insists, and soon enough, Abhira’s pulse shows signs of returning. Overwhelmed with emotion, Mukti exclaims that someone’s prayers must be working for Abhira.
In another part of the scene, Tanya urges Arman to search for Abhira, emphasizing the importance of humanity in their actions. Arman, however, tries to avoid the topic, but Tanya’s insistence reveals that Abhira is still missing. This news shocks Vidya, who is taken aback by Tanya’s decision to send Arman on a search mission.
Aryan steps in, stopping Arman from leaving, stating that he will take on the responsibility of finding Abhira while Arman should focus on his upcoming wedding. Vidya confronts Tanya, questioning her sanity for prioritizing Abhira over the wedding. Tanya argues that Abhira’s safety is paramount, but Vidya remains indifferent. Kajal chimes in, urging Tanya to stop defending Abhira in front of Arman.
Kaveri learns that Abhira is in critical condition at the hospital, and Arman is shocked to hear this news. Both Arman and Kaveri decide they must go to the hospital immediately. However, Vidya intervenes, insisting that Arman must not leave and that he has to marry Meher. Kaveri stands up for Arman, stating that he should be allowed to go. Ultimately, Arman insists on accompanying Kaveri to the hospital.
At the hospital, the doctor informs Mukti that Abhira’s health is critical and warns that she may slip into a coma if her condition does not improve. Mukti is filled with anxiety and fear for Abhira’s well-being. When Arman and Kaveri arrive, Mukti rushes to hug Arman, expressing her worries about Abhira. She reminisces about how Abhira was always there for her during their childhood.
Kaveri and Arman comfort Mukti, encouraging her to stay strong. Mukti resolves to retrieve Abhira’s lucky charm from the hostel, and Kaveri decides to accompany her. Before they leave, Mukti asks Arman if he will stay with Abhira, to which he assures her that he will.

Back at the hospital, Abhira continues to warn Arman about Meher, stating that she tried to kill her and will ultimately ruin both him and Maira. Arman, now believing Abhira’s words, promises her that he will take revenge on Meher for what she has done. Abhira, relieved that Arman believes her, urges him to rest and focus on his well-being.
Meanwhile, Madhav is restless and frustrated. Tanya notices his agitation and asks him why he isn’t ready for the wedding. Madhav confesses that he feels helpless, unable to stop Arman’s wedding or visit Abhira in the hospital.
