In today’s episode, Arman becomes increasingly restless as he wonders about the delay in the doctor’s diagnosis of Abhira. Kaveri, noticing his anxiety, advises him to be patient. Eventually, the doctor informs the Poddars that Abhira remains in a state of trauma and is mentally still trapped in her past experiences in jail. Concerned, Arman asks what they can do to help her. The doctor emphasizes that Abhira requires both attention and affection, urging everyone to approach her with patience.
In an effort to support Abhira, Vidya decides to prepare a meal for her, while Arman resolves to stand by Myra during this difficult time. Myra expresses her longing for Abhira and inquires whether the doctor has prescribed any medication for her. Arman patiently explains that Abhira simply needs time to heal and encourages Myra to understand her current state.
Meanwhile, Vidya enlists Manisha’s help in cooking for Abhira. However, tensions rise when Tanya confronts the Poddars, accusing them of forgetting that, in her opinion, Abhira is responsible for Anshuman’s death. Manisha challenges Tanya, questioning whether she still believes Abhira was at fault for Anshuman’s passing.
Tanya maintains her stance, arguing that Abhira broke Anshuman’s heart, leading him to the café where he ultimately died. Kaveri defends Abhira, but Tanya counters that Abhira has no ties to the Poddars yet continues to stay with them. Arman intervenes, urging Tanya to cease her negative remarks about Abhira. In response, Tanya tells him to focus on Geetanjali instead. Frustrated with the situation, Arman asks Krish to take Tanya out of the city before he loses his temper.
Later, Arman attempts to feed Abhira, but she insists that he leave before the jailer arrives. He informs her that the jailer has reported she hasn’t eaten anything. The mention of the jailer causes Abhira to become agitated, and she refuses to eat.
Afterward, Geetanjali encourages Arman to eat, but when he declines, she insists and ultimately forces him to have some food. Inspired by the situation, Arman devises a plan to feed Abhira. When Vidya and Manisha question him about his food preparation, Arman explains that the doctor mentioned Abhira is still mentally imprisoned, so he aims to recreate the kind of food she would have had in jail to encourage her to eat.
Myra and Arman work together to feed Abhira. Myra speaks to her gently, and eventually, Abhira begins to eat. Afterward, Myra urges Arman to eat as well. Geetanjali feels a pang of sadness as she observes the bond between Arman, Abhira, and Myra. The Poddars continue to express their concern for Abhira’s well-being. Sanjay suggests that Kaveri should talk to her, but Kaveri hesitates and refuses to face Abhira. Geetanjali later informs the Poddars that both Arman and Abhira have managed to eat.
Kiara then suggests that everyone should eat too. Manisha, however, lashes out at Kiara, accusing her of pretending to care while secretly using drugs behind everyone’s back. In a fit of anger, Manisha decides to send Kiara away from the Poddar household, leaving Kiara in shock.
As the episode progresses, Abhira experiences flashbacks from her time in jail, which leads her to fall asleep on the floor.
In the upcoming scenes, Arman helps Myra settle down next to Abhira. Vidya reminds Arman to also focus on his marriage and to ensure that Geetanjali receives her rightful place as his wife.
