Today’s episode begins with Madhav urging Mukti to eat something. However, Mukti is adamant about staying by Abhira’s side and refuses to leave. Madhav encourages her to be strong for Abhira, emphasizing that she needs to take care of herself and eat in order to do so. Kaveri interjects, insisting that Mukti should go.
At that moment, Mukti receives a call from Manisha, and Kaveri informs her that Abhira is currently sleeping due to the medication she has been given. Just then, Abhira begins to regain consciousness.
Meanwhile, Maira is confiding in Arman about the recent events, explaining how she and Mukti attempted to confront Meher. She describes Mukti’s strength and recounts how she tried to distract Meher to keep herself safe. Maira shares that during their escape, she accidentally collided with Meher.
Arman interprets this as Meher attempting to attack Maira, leading her to push Meher down the stairs in self-defense. Maira is taken aback by Arman’s conclusion. He reassures her not to worry, stating that self-defense is a valid argument and that he will prove it in court. He then asks Maira to sign some legal documents.
Just then, Abhira arrives and tears up the confession papers. Arman is confused and questions Abhira’s actions. Abhira explains that she has faith in Maira’s innocence, believing that Maira did not harm Meher, even in self-defense. The two share an emotional hug.
Arman tries to make Abhira understand the situation, arguing that Maira is frightened and may not remember everything clearly. Maira insists to Arman that she did not push Meher, but he remains skeptical. Maira then requests to speak with Vidya, but Manoj intervenes to stop her. Meanwhile, Mukti, Madhav, and Kaveri discover that Abhira has gone missing from the hospital.
Maira pleads with Arman to trust her version of events. She asks him to refrain from jumping to conclusions and to believe her this once. Arman claims that he is on her side, while Abhira comes to Maira’s defense, which surprises her. The inspector approaches Maira and asks if she is ready to give her statement.
Maira agrees but is instructed to fill out a form before making her confession. Vidya requests to see Maira, but the inspector informs her that Maira’s parents are currently with her, prompting Manoj to take Vidya away.
In another scene, Disha notices that Mamta seems stressed about food and suggests that she should eat later. Disha also expresses her desire for Mamta to stop Damyanti from calling Manisha and making snide remarks. She realizes that Aryan has overheard her conversation and quickly apologizes, clarifying that she was not gossiping but rather concerned about Mamta’s worries.
Aryan expresses his regret for causing Disha to lose her smile, to which Disha responds by saying she feels like a bad omen for the Poddar family. Aryan comforts her, trying to lift her spirits.
Back with Maira, Arman advises her to inform the inspector that he is her lawyer. However, Maira insists that Abhira will represent her case, leaving Abhira astonished. Maira embraces Abhira, who struggles to believe what she is hearing. Maira urges her to accept the reality of the situation. Abhira reassures Maira that she will take on her case and that there is no need for her to worry.
Meanwhile, Krish is anxious about the possibility of the police discovering his number on Meher’s phone, fearing the consequences. Tanya confronts Krish about whom he sent Maira’s location to. She learns that Krish sent Maira’s location to Meher. Krish reveals to Tanya that he was secretly working with Meher and providing her with information about Arman. Tanya is shocked to learn this.
Maira gives her statement to the juvenile board, supported by Abhira and Arman. Maira states that when Meher tried to attack her, she herself fell down the stairs. Abhira asks the inspector if they can take Maira home, but the inspector responds that this can only happen after the judge grants bail.
The episode ends with a preview: Maira is asked about her lawyer, and Abhira is set to represent Maira’s case. Maira expresses her belief in Abhira, while Abhira fears that she might break Maira’s trust again.
Arman encourages Abhira, reminding her that while a lawyer can lose a case, a mother will always fight for her child. Abhira resolves to take on Maira’s case.
