This self-doubt leads her to believe that she has failed not only in her professional capacity but also as a mother. Overwhelmed by these feelings of inadequacy, Abhira expresses her belief that she cannot possibly fight Maira’s case.
In this moment of despair, Arman approaches Abhira and reminds her that eight years ago, Maira needed her support, and that need still exists today. He tries to uplift her spirits, as she refers to herself as a loser.
Arman encourages Abhira to take on Maira’s case, insisting that she has the skills and determination to do so. Despite his encouragement, Abhira remains adamant that she cannot fight for Maira because she feels like a failed mother.

Meanwhile, Maira is left alone, feeling the weight of the day as it passes without a visit from either Abhira or Arman. Just then, Abhira calls out to Maira, and they share a heartfelt embrace. Arman and Mukti witness this touching moment.
Abhira expresses her concern that Maira might be upset with her for not securing her bail, but Maira reassures her, stating that she can see how hard Abhira is working for her case, even while injured. Grateful for Maira’s trust, Abhira thanks her. Mukti then suggests that Arman take a picture of Abhira and Maira together, noting that it has been many years since Abhira has looked so happy with Maira.
In a separate scene, Arman apologizes to Mukti for his past mistakes, but she insists that he should not feel the need to apologize since he did not act with ill intent. They share a hug, and Arman comments that Mukti is similar to Abhira. Mukti, however, humbly asserts that no one can truly be like Abhira.
Meanwhile, Vidya expresses her worries about Arman’s well-being, to which Madhav suggests that Arman may simply be unreachable due to travel. Kaveri interjects, stating that after a long time, Arman is finally on the right path, and she instructs Aryan to bring in a surprise.
Vidya inquires about the nature of the surprise and expresses her concern for Arman’s situation. Kaveri reassures her that Arman is back and moving forward.
Later, Vidya asks Arman if he has informed Maira that he will be fighting her case, to which he responds that Abhira will be the one representing Maira. Kaveri then hands Arman a toffee, which Aryan jokingly remarks is worthy of a medal. Kaveri declares that Akshay Tritiya has become truly auspicious in this context.
In the precap, Abhira is left wondering who could be behind the custody papers for Maira if neither she nor Arman created them. Kajal confronts Vidya regarding her role in separating Abhira and Arman eight years ago, and Abhira discovers that Vidya was the reason for their separation.
