Abhira confronts Arman, questioning whether he called her just to make her cry. In response, Arman asserts that it is time for them to make a decisive choice regarding their situation. He suggests that Abhira send Vani to a boarding school, believing it to be in Vani’s best interest. Abhira immediately rejects the idea, firmly stating that Vani is her responsibility and that she cannot simply send her away. Arman insists that this decision is crucial for Vani’s well-being, pointing out that Maira is being negatively impacted by the current circumstances.
Abhira argues that Vani is still just a child and should not be sent away in such a manner. Arman explains that Vani’s presence has made Maira feel insecure, and he questions Abhira about the reasoning behind wanting Vani to remain in an environment where she does not feel comfortable. Abhira believes that once Maira gets to know Vani better and befriends her, everything will return to normal. However, Arman counters her argument by stating that they cannot force Maira to befriend Vani, highlighting that the situation is more complicated than Abhira perceives.
As their discussion escalates, Arman reveals that Maira has started to exhibit signs of insecurity and has even begun to lie to them. He reminds Abhira that jealousy is a natural emotion and urges her to consider this perspective.
Later, when Abhira returns home, Arman questions her resolve, asking why she struggles to make a difficult decision like sending Vani to boarding school. Abhira sees Maira and Vani peacefully sleeping together, which stirs her emotions. Arman tells her that while she hopes for a bond between the two girls, they cannot impose emotional maturity on children. He continues to press Abhira to make a decision, and after some contemplation, Abhira finally declares that she has made up her mind about Vani’s future—whether she will stay with them or go to boarding school.
The next day, Abhira prepares Maira for the day and asks her if she is still upset with her. Maira responds that Arman helped her understand the importance of not trying to control others or prevent them from interacting with different children. Abhira expresses her pride in Maira, who then advises Arman not to overthink the situation.
Arman gives Vani a mixture of curd and sugar, wishing her luck on her new journey. After some reflection, Abhira decides to go ahead and send Vani to boarding school, and they leave together, while Arman eagerly anticipates Maira’s upcoming dance competition.
Meanwhile, Abhir requests dinner, but when Surekha inquires about his mood, he remains tight-lipped. Kiara attempts to engage him in conversation, but he ignores her. Manisha apologizes to Surekha regarding the tension between Kiara and Abhir, and the two women share an emotional hug, acknowledging their shared concerns.
At the dance competition, Maira performs beautifully, and Arman enjoys watching her. Just then, Abhira arrives with Vani, surprising both Arman and Maira. Abhira tells Arman that she has an explanation for her actions. Arman is left speechless as Abhira encourages Vani to dance and make her mother proud. During the performance, she even catches Vani to prevent her from falling. Maira, confused, questions Arman about why Abhira missed her dance yet seems to be enjoying Vani’s performance. Arman is at a loss for words.
Later, Manisha and Manoj visit the Goenka household, where Manisha senses that something is amiss. Kiara tries to calm her down, but Manisha becomes upset upon discovering that Surekha served her papaya, which she cannot eat. Surekha realizes her mistake and apologizes. Manisha insists that Kiara should return to the Poddar house, expressing concerns for her safety. Kiara tries to reassure her. Meanwhile, the doctor informs Abhir that Kiara is experiencing pregnancy complications due to drug addiction, which adds to the tension. Surekha pulls Manisha out of the room, leaving Abhir and Kiara feeling anxious.
Back at the competition venue, Abhira attempts to explain her actions to Arman, but Maira walks away in frustration. Arman follows her, leaving Abhira momentarily alone. Vani approaches Abhira, asking if she liked her dance and thanking her for the support, which leaves Abhira taken aback.
In the upcoming scenes, Abhira apologizes to Maira for not informing her that Vani was also participating in the dance competition. Maira then asks Abhira if she will dance with her in the finale. Vidya questions Abhira about whom she will choose as her dance partner in the finale—Maira or Vani—leaving Abhira feeling perplexed and uncertain about her decision.
