Today’s episode starts with Abhira inquiring if Arman is observing a fast. Arman replies that he is indeed fasting because of Damyanti, as he is concerned that she will see him eating. He then turns the question back to Abhira, asking if she is also fasting. Abhira responds that she hasn’t had a chance to eat yet. Arman, skeptical, asks her if she is being truthful. Abhira explains that she believes if she is participating in the ritual, she should commit to it fully.
Meanwhile, Kaveri, Madhav, and Manoj present a gift to Kajal, who becomes overwhelmed with emotion and starts to cry. Concerned, Kaveri, Madhav, and Manoj ask Kajal if she dislikes the gift. Kajal expresses her feelings, saying that, as in previous years, Tanya is left without anyone to give her a gift. She mentions that Tanya always stands there empty-handed. Krish chimes in, recalling that he used to bring gifts on behalf of Tanya’s family, but she had stopped him, saying that she misses Anshuman more than anything. Aryaman shares with Damyanti that Anshuman was like family to Tanya after her parents passed away.
In a kind gesture, Abhira gives a gift to Tanya from her side of the family. She states that since Tanya is her friend, she feels it is appropriate to perform the ritual for her. Tanya expresses her gratitude and praises Abhira for her thoughtfulness. Meanwhile, Meher advises Vidya to keep an eye on Abhira, warning her that if Abhira wins over the Poddars again, she might also win Arman’s affection. This warning makes Vidya feel anxious.
Abhira finds herself standing alone, prompting Kaveri to approach her. However, Aryan and Disha interject, telling Kaveri that Abhira does not need her, but rather someone else. Disha and Aryan then playfully manipulate the situation, getting Abhira and Arman to come closer together. This leads to an accidental encounter in Aryan’s room, where Abhira and Arman bump into each other.
Arman is searching for Aryan’s medicine when a disagreement arises between him and Abhira. He questions why she never listens to him. In a moment of determination, Abhira decides to climb up to the cupboard to retrieve the medicine. As she does so, Arman warns her, but she loses her balance and nearly falls. Fortunately, Arman catches her just in time. Meher, who is looking for Arman, witnesses this moment. Abhira expresses her concern for Arman, asking if he is okay after the close call.
Arman, somewhat incredulous, asks how she can worry about him when she was the one in danger. Abhira regrets her decision to help him, and in a moment of tension, Arman stops her from leaving. She remarks that it would have been better for him if she had gotten hurt instead. In a surprising turn of events, Arman confesses his love for Abhira, leaving her stunned. Meher, overhearing this confession, loses her composure.
Abhira attempts to engage Arman in conversation, but he suggests that she might think he is just being overly emotional. He reveals that he has suffered deeply due to Abhira’s loss, expressing his feelings of helplessness in front of her. Abhira is left speechless by his admission.
Meanwhile, Meher instructs Krish to bring her an auspicious plate. When Krish asks what is going on, Meher cryptically replies that something significant is about to happen. Tanya, sensing something amiss, grows suspicious of Meher. Aryan reaches out to Maira, who is conversing with Disha, Manisha, Madhav, and Kaveri.
Meher then informs Vidya that Arman has proposed to Abhira once again, suggesting that she should prepare to welcome this new development. She warns Vidya to brace herself for another heartbreak, pointing out that despite her earlier warnings, Vidya did nothing to prevent Abhira and Arman from getting closer. Now, she suggests, Vidya will have to witness Maira and Arman’s lives potentially unraveling. Manisha calls Vidya, and in a moment of unawareness, Vidya reveals to Maira that Arman has proposed to Abhira.
In the preview for the next episode, Maira asks Abhira to meet her alone at the ghat. Abhira feels a rush of excitement at the thought that Maira wants to have a private conversation with her.
