Today’s episode opens with Vidya reflecting on Arman’s lack of caution. She is troubled by the thought of Arman proposing to Abhira and worries about the implications of such a union. Vidya believes that if Arman goes through with marrying Abhira, it could lead to Vani’s return as well. At that moment, Maira bursts into the scene, exclaiming in disbelief and asking Vidya if Arman really proposed to Abhira. She is anxious to know if this means that Abhira is coming back for good.
Vidya, somewhat distracted, admits she hadn’t noticed Maira’s presence and urges her to calm down. She reassures Maira that she will not allow Abhira to disrupt the lives of her and Arman again. Just then, Aryan enters the conversation, taking a call and suggesting that Vidya and Maira discuss things later, as he has an important matter to attend to.
Meanwhile, Abhira and Arman are lost in their thoughts, reminiscing about their shared past, both feeling a sense of devastation. Abhira eventually returns, and Kaveri encourages her to finish her idol. Damyanti, who is present, notices Abhira’s return. When Kaveri asks about the idol, Abhira affirms her intention to complete it. Kaveri envisions a scenario where Abhira and Arman are together, believing that Lord Shiv and Goddess Parvati are bestowing their blessings upon them. However, when she snaps back to reality, she is taken aback to see Abhira standing there alone.
Arman, on the other hand, is growing increasingly frustrated with Krish. He confronts him about neglecting Kaveri’s report, to which Krish responds that he simply forgot. Arman expresses his disappointment, reminding Krish of his responsibilities as he runs the country. Sanjay interjects, informing Arman that Disha’s family is watching. Arman insists that Disha’s family ought to be aware of Krish’s carelessness. Meanwhile, Manoj takes Nakul and Disha’s family aside to discuss the wedding arrangements.
As Arman continues to reprimand Krish, Abhira is left pondering the drastic changes she has observed in Arman. She seeks out Madhav to discuss her concerns. Madhav reveals to Abhira that Arman has transformed significantly since she left, expressing his worries about Arman’s future. This revelation shocks Abhira. Tanya then approaches Arman to inquire about Kaveri’s report, which had led to his harsh words towards Krish.
Arman informs Tanya that Kaveri’s health is on the mend, allowing her to enjoy Aryan’s upcoming wedding. Abhira then tells Kaveri that since her health is improving, it might be time for her to leave. Kaveri is taken aback by this suggestion. Abhira explains that after the Gangaur festival, Disha’s family will be made aware of the truth. With that, Arman exits the scene.
In a separate moment, Maira reaches out to Abhira, expressing her desire to meet up. Abhira feels a rush of excitement, thinking that Maira is finally ready to reconnect with her. Tanya and Kaveri share in her enthusiasm. However, Arman, noticing Abhira’s happiness, begins to wonder about the reasons behind it, contemplating whether she is praying for Vani.
Meher is seen going to pick up Maira from her hostel, while the Poddar family visits the ghat. Damyanti playfully asks Arman if his wife is missing, and Aryan mentions that Abhira is dancing. Arman reflects on Abhira’s apparent joy, questioning if her life without him and Maira is finally fulfilling. Kaveri encourages Arman to join Abhira in her dance.
As Maira waits for everyone to arrive, she turns to Meher for reassurance. Meher advises Maira to wait outside to avoid being seen by Arman and encourages her not to feel nervous, reminding her of her strength. Meher decides to send Abhira to meet Maira.
In the precap, Maira warns Abhira to stay away from Arman, asserting that Abhira is eight years too late in returning. Maira insists that Arman does not deserve Abhira, leaving Abhira feeling devastated. To everyone’s surprise, Arman steps in to support Abhira, telling Maira to stop, which leaves Maira astonished.
