In today’s episode, we find Abhira in the kitchen, surrounded by Vidya, Manisha, Kajal, and Tanya, as they engage in a heartfelt prayer. Myra, curious about their traditions, asks Arman why they have never celebrated Diwali in such a way before. Arman responds by emphasizing that this Diwali holds a special significance because they are celebrating it together as a family. Myra expresses her gratitude to God for blessing her with such a large family.
However, tensions rise when Kajal and Vidya refuse to participate in the puja, leaving Abhira feeling anxious. On a lighter note, Manoj is delighted by the sweets available, and Sanjay encourages him to indulge as much as he likes. Abhira, concerned, inquires with Arman about Myra’s whereabouts. Meanwhile, Myra is seen assisting Kaveri in distributing gifts to the Poddar family, bringing smiles to everyone’s faces as they receive their presents. Kaveri surprises Abhira and Arman with a special gift, playfully reminding them that they did not invite her to their wedding. She follows this by giving a similar gift to Tanya and Krish, noting that it is their first Diwali celebration as well.
Tanya, however, reacts negatively to the gift and demands an apology from Vidya, leaving the Poddars in shock. When she questions why no one is speaking up, Vidya attempts to clarify that everyone is trying to comprehend what she believes she did wrong. Tanya explains that she was supposed to lead the Diwali puja, but Vidya contested this and allowed Abhira and Arman to take over. Vidya defends her actions, stating that Krish’s absence from the puja means she cannot be blamed.
Arman intervenes, urging Tanya to stop causing unnecessary drama. Myra, feeling the tension, becomes anxious and Abhira advises her to go inside for her own peace. Tanya, still upset, tells Arman that she is not interested in talking to him. Arman cautions her to be mindful around Myra, suggesting that Tanya’s behavior could influence her negatively. Tanya retorts that Myra will learn the wrong things because Vidya, Abhira, and Arman are selfish.
As the argument escalates, Arman questions Tanya’s rudeness, prompting her to misbehave with him. Abhira tries to mediate by suggesting that Tanya should seek Vidya’s blessings during this festive occasion. Tanya dismisses Abhira’s advice, insisting that she does not need a lecture. Arman points out that Abhira has never treated Tanya poorly, but Tanya counters that given the impact Abhira has had on her life, she would have preferred if Abhira had acted out instead. Arman stands up for Abhira, but Tanya claims she was merely trying to speak with Kaveri when they interrupted her. Kaveri, growing increasingly frustrated with the ongoing argument, watches as Tanya storms off.
Later, Abhira and Arman are seen putting Myra to bed. Kaveri suggests they take some time for themselves outside. Although Abhira and Arman express their fatigue, Kaveri encourages them to go on a date, implying that it is important for them to nurture their relationship. Abhira playfully questions Kaveri’s confidence in their marriage, but she reassures them of her support.
Meanwhile, Kajal confides in Sanjay, expressing her belief that Tanya will not leave the house and that anyone with issues should be the one to depart. Tanya, feeling frustrated, complains to Krish about his late arrival for the puja. In contrast, Abhira and Arman are enjoying the festivities of Diwali, though Abhira’s mood shifts when she confronts a boy for reckless driving.
In the upcoming preview, the boy who collided with Abhira and Arman becomes vengeful, plotting to go viral by sharing their love story and posting their video online.
