The episode begins with everyone celebrating the New Year, with Manisha playfully wishing Armaan. Rohit arrives with Daksh and extends New Year’s greetings to everyone. Armaan wishes Daksh well, and Dadi and Vidya join in sharing their wishes.
As Abhira enters the house, smiles brighten their faces. Dadi inquires about Abhira, and she responds that she is there to give an answer. She greets Vidya and touches her feet, only to be taken aback by the sight of Vidya’s anklet. Shocked, she reaches for Vidya’s foot, which alarms Vidya, prompting her to ask what Abhira is doing. Tearfully, Abhira questions whether Vidya’s car was involved in Abhir’s accident, causing worry among the onlookers.
Abhira demands that Vidya tell the truth. Armaan intervenes, urging Abhira to stop her accusations and pulling her back, making Vidya stumble. Dadi catches Vidya to support her as Abhira insists that Vidya confess. Armaan, confused and defensive, asks what truth Abhira is referring to.
Abhira continues to press, insisting that Vidya admit her role in the incident. Dadi scolds Abhira, telling her to leave. However, Abhira asserts her right and duty to seek justice for her brother, proclaiming that a mother wouldn’t abandon a child in need, accusing Vidya of ignoring Abhir’s cries for help. Vidya stands there, emotional and distraught.
Abhira recalls Vidya’s missing anklet, urging her to tell the truth. Vidya finally breaks down, confirming that her car had indeed hit Abhir’s but pleading that it was a mistake and not intentional. She begs everyone not to involve the police. Manish arrives just in time to hear the confession and firmly states that the guilty should be punished, scolding Vidya harshly. Overwhelmed by emotion, Vidya faints.
Madhav reacts quickly, asking the family to call a doctor as Manish insists on notifying the police. Dadi interjects, reminding him of Vidya’s current state. Abhira, distressed, pleads with Manish to hold off on any actions. He declares his intent to see justice served.
Surekha calls Manish, reporting that it’s difficult to manage Abhir, prompting him to rush home. Rohit stops Ruhi from leaving, while Abhira, filled with sorrow, walks away. Meanwhile, Abhir expresses his frustration by throwing things and shouting that his reality cannot change, insisting music is his therapy and he needs to practice. Swarna and Surekha try their best to comfort him.
A doctor treats Vidya and instructs the family to avoid stressing her out. As she leaves, Madhav looks dejected. Dadi comforts him with a hug. Armaan, worried about the unfolding situation, remains tense.
When Abhira and Manish return home, they find Abhir in a state of rage and despair. Vidya regains consciousness and confesses everything to Armaan in the presence of Dadi, Madhav, and Rohit.
She explains that she only wanted to help but didn’t realize it was Abhir in the accident, as he was wearing a helmet. She describes how she panicked when she heard police sirens and fled, intending to come to the concert to find Armaan. Abhir, filled with a desperate need for justice, states he cannot move forward until he finds the culprit.
Abhira claims to have already identified the responsible party and announces that it was Vidya, leaving everyone stunned.
**Precap:** Armaan and Abhira look on at Abhir, tears in their eyes. Abhira states, “Are you saying Vidya didn’t mean to cause the accident? She panicked and left him there. I love you, Armaan, but Abhir is my brother, and his life is ruined.”
