The episode begins with Rannvijay, Vaiju, and Jaya experiencing deep emotional pain as the song “Humari Adhuri Kahani” plays in the background. Vaiju writes a resignation letter for her position at the orphanage, expressing her exhaustion from dealing with Rannvijay and his family. She admits to Sunita that she took the job because of Vayu, lamenting that had he received proper care as a child, he wouldn’t be in such a troubled state now. Under pressure, Vaiju reluctantly reveals to Sunita the secret about Vayu’s adoption. Unbeknownst to them, Vayu is nearby and overhears the conversation.
Vayu learns the truth about his past, realizing that he is not the biological child of his parents but was adopted from the orphanage when he was just eighteen months old. This revelation shakes him deeply. Meanwhile, Jaya is holding a photo frame of Vayu, which slips from her hands and shatters on the floor. She hurriedly picks it up, vowing not to let anything ruin their memories.
At that moment, Vayu bursts into the house, visibly upset and crying. Jaya rushes to him, trying to understand what has happened. Sulekha, always quick to blame, suggests that Vaiju may have done something to upset him, a claim that Vasundhara supports. When Rannvijay arrives home, Vasundhara urges him to check on Vayu, who has been in tears since returning from Vaiju’s house.
Rannvijay and Jaya find Vayu sobbing, and he tells Rannvijay that he is not his real father and that Jaya is not his mother. Vayu grapples with the realization that he is not their biological child, having been adopted from the orphanage. Rannvijay confesses to Jaya that he had revealed the truth to Vaiju, which infuriates her. She demands to know why he disclosed that information, and she expresses her anger toward Vaiju for telling Vayu the truth. Meanwhile, Vaiju tells Sunita that she has signed her resignation. Rannvijay confronts Vaiju, furious that she disclosed the truth to Vayu. He explains that Vayu has locked himself away and refuses to come out.
Vaiju pleads with Rannvijay for a chance to talk to Vayu, filled with guilt over the situation. The rest of the family is distressed about Vayu’s well-being, while Sulekha stirs up trouble by inciting everyone against Vaiju. When Vaiju tries to approach the family, Rannvijay warns her that he will have her arrested if she attempts to meet Vayu. Jaya pushes Vaiju away from the house, demanding that she leave. In a desperate plea, Vaiju asks Jaya to let her see Vayu at least once, reminding her that he may not trust anyone in the family. Rannvijay, however, shouts at Vaiju, forbidding her from even thinking about meeting Vayu again. The episode concludes with Vaiju in shock at Rannvijay’s fierce anger.
