The episode begins with a fierce showdown as Anjali fiercely battles against Dharamraj’s goons, who have come with the intent to kill her. Demonstrating her strength and resilience, Anjali manages to overpower them, showcasing her determination to survive. After the confrontation, she intercepts a call from Dharamraj to his goons, seizing the opportunity to challenge him directly. With unwavering confidence, she declares that from the next day onward, her name—Anjali Awasti—will follow him like a shadow. With that bold proclamation, she cuts the call, setting the stage for an escalating conflict.
Meanwhile, Dharamraj expresses his frustration to Prakash, lamenting that Anjali has survived their attack. He insists that they must begin their election campaign immediately, emphasizing the need to safeguard his ministry at any cost. This reveals his growing anxiety about Anjali’s determination and the threat she poses to his political ambitions.
In another scene, Sadhika, Vaibhav, and Gini are gathered around the dining table, eating. Vaibhav questions Gini about their next move regarding Anjali. Gini reveals her plan to use Mehek to lure Raghav into their home, effectively isolating Anjali. Sadhika supports this strategy, adding that they also need to bring Abhay into the house. Gini agrees, expressing her affection for Abhay and her desire to make everyone abandon Anjali.
Gini then outlines her plan to ensure that the residents of the basti turn against Anjali. She mentions that the basti has already lost access to electricity and water, and now they will also be deprived of food. She asserts that the people will blame Anjali for their hardships and ultimately force her out. Sadhika gleefully anticipates how Anjali will struggle in the upcoming elections.
Dharamraj contacts Gini to inform her that their previous plan has failed, as Anjali has escaped. Unfazed, Gini advises Dharamraj to attack Anjali from behind rather than head-on. She insists that he should stop sending rations to the basti residents and blame Anjali for their suffering. Dharamraj agrees to this underhanded strategy, revealing the lengths they are willing to go to undermine Anjali.
As fate would have it, Dharamraj and Prakash encounter Anjali, Ved, and Padma on the road. Anjali seizes the moment to announce that she has officially submitted her nomination for the elections. She boldly declares her intention to make the constituency corruption-free, challenging Dharamraj’s authority. Confused, Dharamraj questions her claims, prompting Ved to remind him of a hospital he inaugurated for the poor, which shockingly lacks any medical equipment. Ved confronts Dharamraj about the missing funds, asking where the crores he received for the hospital have gone.
Tensions rise as one of Dharamraj’s bouncers attempts to intimidate Ved. Anjali and Ved urge Dharamraj to look behind him, revealing a group of reporters who have gathered to witness the confrontation. Anjali asserts that this is the first time someone has dared to stand against Dharamraj, who has previously won elections unopposed. She confidently predicts that this time, he will lose.
As Anjali and Ved attempt to leave, Prakash intervenes, advising Ved to persuade Anjali to abandon her political aspirations, claiming she is unfit for the role. Ved counters by pointing out that Anjali stands alone while Dharamraj is surrounded by bouncers, highlighting who truly possesses courage in this fight. The reporters press Dharamraj for a response to Anjali’s allegations, but he dismisses them as baseless, insisting that he will win the elections, not some “useless lawyer.” Anjali, incensed by his derision, retorts that this so-called “useless lawyer” will indeed defeat him in the elections.
Later, the episode takes a dramatic turn as Anjali receives a distressing call from the hospital. She learns that Ganesh has suffered paralysis and that he is not receiving treatment due to unpaid bills. Anjali’s heart sinks as she realizes that Ganesh has been thrown into the corridor due to the hospital’s negligence. Filled with urgency, she rushes to the hospital, desperate to help him.
Upon arriving, Anjali finds Ganesh in a corridor, and her anger boils over as she confronts the hospital staff about their treatment of him. They coldly inform her that he was moved due to the outstanding bill. In a fit of rage, Anjali slaps one of the staff members, but security arrives to escort her out. Ved steps in to defend her, urging the staff to continue Ganesh’s treatment. However, they insist that she must pay the staggering bill of Rs 16 lakhs, leaving Anjali bewildered and desperate as she questions how the bill could have escalated so quickly.
In the precap, Anjali confronts Gini about the unpaid hospital bill, expressing her distress over Ganesh being thrown into the corridor. As Ganesh’s condition worsens, Anjali becomes increasingly frantic. Meanwhile, Gini contacts Dharamraj, demanding to know what is happening. Dharamraj ominously replies that he will do whatever it takes to make Anjali withdraw from the elections, even if it means sacrificing Gini in the process.
