The episode begins with Anjali applying sindoor along her hairline. Aman attempts to drape the mangalsutra around her neck, but Anjali resists, choosing to put it on herself instead. Aman then compliments her, saying she looks like Mrs. Aman Singh Rajput. Realizing his blunder, he quickly corrects himself, suggesting instead that he appears to be Mr. Anjali Awasti. Anjali laughs at his slip, and in a heartfelt moment, Aman confesses his love for her, expressing his hope to one day be able to officially put the mangalsutra around her neck and apply sindoor in her hairline. Anjali quietly walks away, leaving him in contemplation.
Meanwhile, Nandini, Sadhika, and Nivedita visit Anjali’s house and encounter Sapna. Nandini makes a remark about Sapna emerging from the washroom, prompting Sapna to accuse Nandini of coming to insult her. Nivedita jumps in, questioning how they could respect Sapna when her bathroom is shared by the entire slum, lacking proper facilities. Nandini expresses her disbelief at Aman’s choice in Anjali. Just then, Ganesh arrives and tells Nandini that Anjali has never declared her love for Aman. He points out that Aman has persistently pressured Anjali into marrying him. Ganesh further shares that Aman has misled them about his true identity as the son of Raghav Singh Rajput, stating that if he had known, he would never have allowed Anjali to marry him. Nandini suggests that based on Anjali’s behavior, a divorce seems imminent. Sapna is outraged, urging Nandini not to speak of breaking up the newlyweds. Nandini counters that if Sapna wants to prevent this, she should convince Anjali to withdraw from Padma’s case, while Sadhika adds that Anjali should also drop Shivani Tripathi’s case. Ganesh argues that Anjali would never give up even if it meant leaving Aman, prompting Sapna to command him to stop.
Raghav then calls Nandini, asking her to extend an invitation to Aman and Anjali for their Lohri celebration, providing details about Chandraman’s plan.
Later, Nandini speaks with Anjali’s parents, urging them to ensure that Aman and Anjali attend their Lohri gathering before going to a friend’s house. Sapna assures Nandini that she will send them. After they leave, Ganesh expresses suspicion that the Lohri gathering is merely a ruse, believing the Rajput family is up to something.
Meanwhile, as Anjali tries to go to court, Prakash and his goons block her path. Prakash taunts her, stating that since she refused to take his money, he used it to put a hit out on her. Anjali responds defiantly and, clearing the traffic, moves Prakash’s car out of the way. She then confronts him and his goons, fighting back fiercely.
**Precap:** Aman and Anjali arrive at the Thakur mansion for the Lohri festival, accompanied by the Rajput family, when suddenly, Chandraman’s henchman opens fire at Anjali.
