Feeling apologetic, Anupama tells Jaya that she feels bad for dragging her into this workload. Jaya, on the other hand, expresses her enjoyment of being with Anupama and decides to assist her. Despite Jaya’s willingness to help, Anupama feels that she cannot accept her assistance and resolves to complete her tasks on her own.
Meanwhile, Prerna and Prem are driving together when Prerna shares her aspiration to open a restaurant. Prem curiously asks who will manage it, to which Prerna confidently replies that Anupama will take care of it. She expresses her longing for Anupama, indicating how much she misses her presence. Prem, wanting to support Prerna, decides to reach out to Anupama. As they continue their conversation, Prerna reveals that she has brought gifts for both him and Rahi, expressing her gratitude for their trust in her. She emphasizes that she does not want to lose their family bond. After Prem takes the gifts, Prerna feels a wave of anxiety wash over her once he leaves.
Back at the food establishment, Anupama informs the owner that she has prepared the food. The owner, however, tells Anupama that she should not expect payment for the trial meal. She mentions that if she enjoys the food, she will consider hiring Anupama. Anupama assures her that she will not demand any money for this initial trial.
In another part of the story, Vasundhara is seen discussing business matters with Anil. She mentions that Gautam will finalize a particular file, but Anil reacts with anger, questioning how Vasundhara can place her trust in Gautam. Vasundhara defends Gautam, arguing that he has been bringing in profits and managing their business effectively in Parag’s absence. This creates tension, as Anil, Meeta, and Prem are all opposed to Gautam and feel frustrated with Vasundhara’s support for him. Gautam then confronts Vasundhara, expressing his frustration that the Kotharis do not understand the situation. He threatens her by saying that if she entrusts Anil with responsibilities, she may find it difficult to protect her home. Vasundhara is left in shock by his words.
Anupama reflects on her past as she interacts with Jaya, who is preparing for a fancy dress competition. Jaya expresses her fears about potentially receiving low marks, and Anupama reassures her that her marks will not be affected. Jaya also inquires about why Devika has not sent them any money. Anupama explains that Devika cares for her and is working towards a better future. Suddenly, Anupama realizes it is already 10 PM, and Jaya mentions that she is feeling hungry. Anupama then calls Banku, asking him to take Jaya inside since it’s getting late. Banku suggests that Anupama should enter the house quietly. Just then, Digvijay spots Anupama and tells her that she should not be out at this hour. When the lights go out, Digvijay asks Banku if he has called for the electrician, to which Banku responds multiple times that he has not. Anupama decides to take matters into her own hands and offers to fix the light, noting that Jaya is hungry.
Digvijay permits Anupama to check the light, and she successfully restores it. In gratitude, Digvijay attempts to give her money, but Anupama declines, insisting she does not want to take it. Digvijay warns her again about being out late, and he instructs Banku to ensure Anupama receives the money. Despite Banku’s insistence, Anupama continues to refuse the payment, stating to Jaya that they received help when they needed it most.
Later, Anupama prays to God, expressing her hopes for goodwill and acknowledging that she often asks for assistance. She reassures herself that she has divine support, which gives her the courage to ask for help. Anupama then encourages Jaya to wake up and thank God for the new day. She resolves to find a fancy dress costume for Jaya and prays for a peaceful day ahead.
In another scene, Khyati reminds Prerna to have her coffee on time, to which Prerna admits that she often forgets to drink it. Khyati expresses her longing for Parag, noting that he is so absorbed in work that he neglects his own well-being. Prerna, in turn, wishes the best for the Kotharis. Meanwhile, Gautam tries to sow discord by instigating Prerna against the Kotharis, but she firmly warns him to keep his distance. In the upcoming scenes, Paul asks Jaya if she wants ice cream, implying that Anupama cannot afford it. A woman nearby stands up for Anupama, questioning why Paul is troubling her. Paul retorts, expressing his disdain for outsiders in his area. Meanwhile, Anupama receives assistance from a vendor who provides her with lemon water for Jaya at no cost.
