The drama follows Baek Ah Jin’s journey from rock bottom to the pinnacle of the entertainment industry. She is a master manipulator who hides her cruel nature behind a beautiful facade, using others to climb her way to the top. As she claws her way to fame and fortune, she leaves a trail of broken lives in her wake. “Dear X” will explore her inevitable downfall and the desperate, self-sacrificial love of Yoon Joon Seo, played by Kim Young Dae. He is a man who chooses to walk through “hell” in order to protect her, no matter the cost.
