The episode opens with a tense confrontation in Bunty’s ward, where Shivaay unexpectedly finds Baldev. “Sir, what are you doing here?” he asks, sensing that something is off. Just then, Bunty, in a fit of aggression, grabs a pair of scissors and lunges at Shivaay. Instinctively, Shivaay tries to defend himself, but before the situation escalates further, Baldev intervenes. Realizing the threat that Bunty poses, he swiftly strikes Bunty on the head with his gun, knocking him unconscious. Blood begins to ooze from Bunty’s head as he collapses.
Shivaay, shocked by Baldev’s actions, questions him, “Why did you hit him, sir? I was handling it.” Baldev, maintaining a cool demeanor, explains that he learned Bunty is a scammer and felt it necessary to act. He insists that he did it to help Shivaay, but Shivaay remains concerned and suggests they call a doctor. Baldev, however, dismisses this idea, stating that it’s better to call the police instead, and steps outside.
Meanwhile, Aadhya, who has been searching for Shivaay, spots Baldev and instinctively hides from him, sensing that something is amiss. Baldev meets with the police in the hospital, spinning a tale that he was conversing with Bunty when Shivaay barged in and assaulted him. The inspector, not fully aware of the situation, instructs a constable to call for a doctor and they rush to the room.
On the phone, Baldev informs someone that he has silenced Bunty, hinting at a more sinister plan to ensure that Bunty remains quiet for good. As the police arrive, the inspector arrests Shivaay, accusing him of injuring Bunty without hearing his side of the story. Aadhya, still on a call, informs Ruhi that her dad is in the hospital and expresses her hope that Shivaay is okay.
Back at home, Suraj bursts in to inform his mother that Shivaay has been arrested for attempted murder, as he allegedly struck Bunty at the hospital, who is now in critical condition. The news sends Shivaay’s family into a frenzy, and they rush to the police station, demanding the release of their son. Shivaay insists, “I didn’t injure Bunty, sir,” but the inspector remains unmoved by his claims.
Aadhya arrives at the police station, determined to prove Shivaay’s innocence. She confronts the inspector, questioning whether he has any proof that Shivaay attacked Bunty. She passionately argues against punishing innocent people and urges him to learn the truth from Bunty, who had scammed Shivaay out of 50 lakhs. A constable recognizes Aadhya as a famous influencer and suggests that releasing Shivaay would be beneficial for the police’s reputation. The inspector, swayed by Aadhya’s influence, decides to release Shivaay. Grateful, Shivaay’s mother thanks Aadhya, but she humbly asks her not to thank her.
As Shivaay signs the register to be released, Aadhya receives a call from her father. He asks her if she enjoys Kannauj so much and instructs her to come to his car. Aadhya complies, lying about her visit to Kannauj, while Baldev insists they will talk once they get home.
In a light-hearted moment, Hemal and Nandish discuss how Aadhya not only saved Shivaay but may have also stolen his heart in the process. They tease Shivaay, who is lost in thought about Aadhya and doesn’t pay attention to their banter. Their teasing escalates until they leave, and Shivaay notices Aadhya’s hair clip on his coat, prompting memories of her to flood his mind.
Upon returning home, Baldev questions Aadhya about her trip to Kannauj. Pallavi, sensing tension, asks Baldev why he is being so harsh. Aadhya explains that she went to apologize to Shivaay, revealing that the person responsible for the accident was indeed from their side, specifically Shivaay. Vivaan presses her, asking if she exposed Shivaay’s involvement, but Aadhya reassures them that she did not reveal his name. Baldev, however, warns her that if he sees her with Shivaay again, she will not be allowed to leave the house anymore. Aadhya, busy with her online presence, replies that there’s no need for him to come, but her message fails to deliver.
The following morning, Shivaay calls Aadhya again, announcing that he is in Agra. Aadhya wakes up in shock, surprised that he has come to her city. She asks why he is there, and Shivaay explains that he wants to return her earring, asking for her address.
