The episode opens with a tense atmosphere as Aarambhi approaches her father, Balbir, with concern in her voice. “Are you okay, Dad?” she asks softly. Balbir, however, is far from fine. He expresses his frustration, stating that he cannot be okay while his daughter is unwell and in a precarious situation. Manju, overhearing their conversation, questions why Balbir is bringing this up now.
Balbir insists that it is necessary to address the issue, emphasizing that Aarambhi is a top student in medicine with dreams of giving new life to her patients. He laments that it was their mistake to allow her to give up her aspirations to support Vishwas and his family.
Aarambhi interjects, trying to calm her father, saying that they are just scared. Balbir challenges her, asking if she is not scared herself. He stresses that Vishwas and his family do not care for her well-being and are mistreating her. Aarambhi, feeling the weight of her father’s words, tries to reassure him but is clearly troubled by the situation.
Meanwhile, Raj is with Vihaan, trying to coax him into drinking some juice. Vihaan stubbornly refuses, insisting that he wants to see his mother. Raj encourages him to take just five sips, promising that he will take him to her afterward. After some reluctance, Vihaan finally drinks the juice. Off to the side, Manmit pulls Raj aside, expressing her frustration that his family, despite owning hospitals, behaves as if they are uneducated. Raj, taken aback by her bluntness, warns her not to speak that way.
Manmit argues that Vishwas could easily save Aarambhi by donating his kidney, yet they are overthinking the situation. She urges Raj to convince his family to help save Aarambhi instead of arguing with her and then walks away, leaving Raj contemplative.
Vihaan, still worried, asks Raj if his mother is okay. Raj reassures him, saying that she is fine, but the concern in his eyes betrays his uncertainty.
In a quiet moment, Arun tells Aarambhi that he will speak to Vishwas, hoping to convince him to donate his kidney and also to apologize on Balbir’s behalf. Aarambhi, however, insists that she will handle it herself. She encourages everyone to eat and take care of their health for her sake. Once they leave, the facade crumbles, and Aarambhi breaks down in tears, feeling the weight of her situation. She reflects on her son, Vihaan, and vows that she cannot accept defeat for his sake.
Meanwhile, Vishwas is trying to comfort his mother, Dimple, who is visibly upset. Dimple accuses Aarambhi of turning her son against her, but Vishwas reassures her that nothing will happen to anyone and urges her to stay calm. After Dimple storms off, Raj approaches Vishwas to discuss Aarambhi’s condition. Vishwas, with a heavy heart, tells Raj that he will consult the doctors to find a way to save her. Raj praises him for taking responsibility, expressing his trust in Vishwas.
Later, Raj visits Aarambhi, bringing her biscuits and juice. He encourages her to eat, but Manmit steps in, arguing that the snacks are not suitable for her condition. Frustrated, she chastises Raj for not convincing Vishwas to donate his kidney. Aarambhi, trying to lighten the mood, jokingly comments that she is witnessing budding love between Raj and Manmit, which brings a smile to their faces. Manmit, feeling awkward, excuses herself, leaving Raj and Aarambhi behind.
Raj assures Aarambhi that she will recover soon. Aarambhi expresses her trust in her family’s medical expertise, saying that they belong to the medical field. She inquires about Vihaan, and Raj informs her that he is waiting outside. Feeling fatigued, Aarambhi requests to sleep for a while and asks Raj to place a “Do Not Disturb” sign on her door. Raj agrees and quietly leaves.
Once alone, Aarambhi’s composure shatters. Overwhelmed by fear, she cries, thinking about how young Vihaan is and how he will struggle to take care of himself if she dies. In a moment of desperation, she prays to God to save her for her son and family. Wiping her tears, she tries to reassure herself that she will be okay. Just then, Manju enters and asks what’s wrong. Aarambhi admits that she is scared, and Manju comforts her, trying to provide some solace.
The situation intensifies when Radhika video calls Manju to inform her that her flight has been canceled due to a technical issue, and she will arrive the next day. Radhika urges Aarambhi to speak to Vishwas to save herself, reminding her that she is a doctor and should not limit herself to the role of a housewife. Manju chimes in, noting that Aarambhi has been a housewife for ten years and has sacrificed her career.
Aarambhi, feeling lost, admits that she has forgotten everything about her medical career. Radhika insists that she can never truly forget who she is and emphasizes that her son needs her now more than ever. Empowered by their conversation, Aarambhi resolves to talk to Vishwas and resolve the situation.
On the terrace, Avantika confronts Vishwas about his intentions regarding donating his kidney to Aarambhi. She asks if he called her there to discuss that very matter. Unbeknownst to them, Aarambhi has overheard their conversation while hiding behind some plants. Avantika warns Vishwas that if he donates his kidney, he will be completely tied to Aarambhi, leaving her as the home-wrecker.
Vishwas, however, challenges Avantika to consider what would happen if Aarambhi dies. He coldly states that according to her medical reports, she is likely to die, and once she is gone, he will be free to marry Avantika. Aarambhi, listening in horror, feels her heart shatter at the realization of Vishwas’s true feelings and intentions.
In the precap, Vishwas expresses a sense of relief that the chapter of Aarambhi is coming to an end. He tells Avantika that she will be the best mother for Vihaan, unlike Aarambhi, whom he claims would have made Vihaan a loser. He reiterates his belief that Aarambhi’s medical reports indicate her imminent death, and with that, they can finally get married.
As Aarambhi prepares to leave, a nearby plant falls, startling both Avantika and Vishwas, signaling that their conversation has been overheard, and the stakes in this emotional battle are about to escalate dramatically.
