The episode begins with a nurse instructing another nurse to inform Dr. Vishwas that Aarambhi has been moved to a different room. The nurses exit, leaving the atmosphere thick with anticipation and concern.
As the scene transitions, Dr. Vishwas enters Aarambhi’s new room, closely followed by Avantika. Avantika, her voice laced with worry, asks Vishwas if there’s a chance that Aarambhi might have overheard their earlier conversation. Vishwas, sensing the tension, tells Avantika to leave the room, wanting to handle the situation with Aarambhi alone. Just then, Aarambhi stirs awake and, with a mixture of confusion and betrayal, confronts Vishwas. She asks him what is wrong with her that he would betray her in such a painful way.
Desperation fills Aarambhi’s voice as she begs Vishwas not to leave her, insisting that he cannot live without her. She reminds him of the sacrifices she made for their relationship—leaving her family, her career, and everything she held dear for him. Aarambhi pleads for another chance, promising that she will make everything right and emphasizing that Vihaan, their son, cannot live without her either. Avantika, sensing an opportunity, interjects that Vihaan will live with her, reminding Vishwas that he himself stated it would be better for Vihaan to stay with her.
Aarambhi, feeling the weight of Avantika’s interference, questions her manners for interrupting a conversation between a husband and wife. Vishwas, caught in the middle, tells Aarambhi that she has come between him and Avantika, asserting that he deserves a future with Avantika. He bluntly states that their inability to be together stems from Aarambhi’s presence in his life.
As the confrontation continues, Aarambhi realizes that her dreams may be false, but Vishwas’s betrayal feels all too real. She resolves to teach Vihaan the difference between right and wrong, determined to protect her son from the complexities of adult relationships.
Meanwhile, Avantika and Vishwas share a meal, discussing their plans. Vishwas reveals that he has convinced Manju, his mother, that he is donating his kidney to Vihaan, which has turned her to their side. This revelation brings a sense of relief to Avantika, who is hopeful about the future.
Just then, Vihaan enters the room, asking if his father is eating. Avantika explains that she brought the food because Vishwas was feeling hungry. As they talk, Vishwas receives a phone call from Radhika, which he answers. Avantika takes this opportunity to lead Vihaan out of the room.
On the phone, Radhika argues with Vishwas, chastising him for refusing to donate his kidney to Aarambhi simply because his mother does not agree with the decision. Vishwas attempts to explain his reasoning, but Radhika is adamant, her frustration evident.
In another part of the hospital, Raj tries to convince Dimple that Aarambhi does not have much time left and needs a kidney transplant immediately. Harry suggests that they can buy time through dialysis, but Dimple believes that what is happening to Aarambhi is her destiny and walks away. Manmeet, who has been listening to their conversation, reflects on the Tandon family’s struggles and hopes that she might be a match for Aarambhi.
Back on the phone, Radhika continues to argue with Vishwas, and Vihaan, overhearing his father’s raised voice, asks Avantika why Vishwas is shouting. Avantika calmly explains that Vishwas is merely trying to make his point.
Radhika, frustrated, tells Vishwas that no one deserves a husband like him and scolds him for his refusal to help Aarambhi. Vishwas, feeling cornered, states that it is his family’s decision, and he abruptly ends the call. Moments later, he receives a message indicating that Aarambhi has found a kidney donor. He quickly forwards this information to Avantika, who is shocked and questions how Aarambhi could find a donor so quickly. Vishwas, intrigued, decides to investigate further, noting that the surgery is about to begin.
Meanwhile, the doctor informs Manmeet about the potential side effects she may face after the surgery. Manmeet, displaying determination, insists that she is ready and requests that her donation remain confidential. Outside the operating room, Vishwas approaches the doctor to inquire about the identity of the donor, but the doctor informs him that the donor wishes to remain anonymous. Vishwas asks the doctor to pass along a thank-you note to the donor, hoping to track them down later.
As the nurses prepare to take Aarambhi to the operating theatre, her parents stand by her side, encouraging her to fight and return to health. Raj expresses his desire to assist in the surgery, but the lead doctor declines, stating that family members cannot be present during the operation. Raj then inquires about Manmeet’s whereabouts, and Srinivas suggests that she may have gone home, which evokes an emotional response from Raj.
In a moment of reassurance, Vihaan tells Aarambhi that nothing will happen to her. Meanwhile, Vishwas’s father speaks to Dr. Rakesh, urging him to perform the surgery carefully. Manju, feeling anxious, asks Vishwas to talk to Aarambhi one last time. He leans over her and softly tells her to get well for him. However, in her mind, Aarambhi believes that Vishwas is planning to rid himself of her so he can marry Avantika once she is gone.
In the precap, a distraught Aarambhi confides in Radhika, tears streaming down her face as she admits that she was right about Vishwas—he is indeed a “Vishwasghat,” a betrayer. Determined to reclaim her life, Aarambhi resolves to restart her medical career and heads off to renew her doctor’s license, signaling her intent to forge a new path for herself.
