The episode opens with a tense confrontation between Nawab and Heer, as Nawab tells Heer that hating each other will lessen the pain of their inevitable separation. Just as their argument escalates, Tina intervenes, stepping between them to diffuse the situation. She urges Nawab to focus on his studies instead of engaging in conflict.

Heer, however, insists that Nawab should complete his assignments on his own, asserting that he needs to take responsibility for his education. Sensing an opportunity, Tina decides to help Nawab, but her motives are far from altruistic. She believes that Heer is a significant obstacle in Nawab’s life and plans to push Heer to the brink, hoping that Nawab will hurt himself in an attempt to save her.

In a moment of frustration, Nawab tells Heer to stay away from him, and Tina takes advantage of this by escorting Nawab to the hospital for treatment.

Meanwhile, Anmol is seen delivering a medical report to Gulab. As she tries to open it, Dilip snatches the report away, reminding Gulab that she didn’t accompany him to the health checkup. He confronts her, stating that her ego is ruining their relationship and that he has reached his breaking point. This exchange prompts Gulab to reflect on her own behavior, leading her to consider giving up as well.

Back at the hospital, Nawab has received stitches and is advised by the doctor to rest for a week. Despite his eagerness to play cricket, the doctor sternly warns him to be cautious during his recovery. Heer learns from the doctor that Nawab has suffered a severe injury but will recover soon. She expresses her desire for Nawab to focus on his studies and regain his health.

Feeling guilty about their earlier confrontation, Heer wants to apologize to Nawab; however, Tina advises Nawab to use airpods to block out any sounds, effectively preventing him from hearing Heer’s voice. Tina subtly implies to Heer that Nawab’s condition is critical, which deepens Heer’s guilt and prompts her to walk away, troubled by her feelings.

Buzzo, a mutual friend, reminds Nawab about the tarot card reader and inquires about the girl who seems to be creating obstacles in his life. This prompts Heer to reflect on her own situation, as she learns about a hostel that requires a monthly payment of 9000. Although she is hesitant to confirm her stay, she realizes that she has little choice and begins calculating her expenses, deciding that she needs to find a job to support herself.

Nawab, on the other hand, dismisses Buzzo’s belief in tarot cards and questions why Buzzo is thinking negatively about Heer. Buzzo acknowledges that Heer is a good girl but insists that she is not right for Nawab, further complicating Nawab’s feelings.

In a separate scene, Heer notices Anmol feeling unwell and vomiting. Anmol confides in Heer about her weight gain, expressing concern that she may lose Sunny if she doesn’t take action. Heer reassures Anmol that she is an important member of the family and that no one can dictate her worth. She questions why husbands often make decisions for their wives, highlighting the struggles women face in relationships.

As tensions rise, Nawab tells Buzzo to stop mentioning Heer’s name, indicating his internal conflict. Heer, determined to support Anmol, invites her to join her for exercise, unaware that Nawab is also heading to the same park for practice.

Both Heer and Nawab find themselves restless and unable to sleep, consumed by thoughts of their impending separation. They each ponder why they feel so uneasy and why focusing on their lives seems impossible. In an attempt to calm his mind, Nawab starts listening to music, while Heer decides to visit him. She rings the doorbell, but Nawab is too absorbed in his thoughts to hear it. Just as he learns that Heer has called him, he rushes to the door, only to find that she has already left, leaving them both feeling frustrated.

The following day, Heer takes Anmol with her for jogging. Anmol expresses her gratitude for having Heer accompany her. After a while, Anmol goes off to meet her friends, leaving Heer alone. She spots Nawab practicing on the ground and contemplates approaching him.

However, she hesitates and initially decides against it. Eventually, she gathers her courage and walks over to Nawab. He, however, tells her to go away, but Heer is determined to help him. She ties a handkerchief around his injured hand, stopping his practice in the process.

Nawab, feeling embarrassed, calls for the guard to intervene. Anmol, noticing that Heer is talking to someone, approaches them just in time. Heer quickly tells Anmol that she was merely helping a man with his cricket practice. Nawab, wanting to avoid being recognized, hides his face, but he can’t help but notice the handkerchief tied around his hand.

In the precap, tensions between Nawab and Heer reach a boiling point as they blame each other for their circumstances. Heer, feeling a mix of anger and sadness, declares that she is happy about their separation, revealing the deep emotional turmoil they both face as they navigate their complex feelings for one another.
