Song Kang and Lee Jun Young Piano Duo Friendship Captured on Film
Four Hands Two Sonatas follows musical prodigies at an elite arts high school, spanning a decade-long narrative from age 17 in 2016 to age 27 in 2026. Song Kang plays Kang Bio, an elite pianist, while Lee Jun Young stars as Choi Jeong Yo, a rising musical genius. Joining them is Jang Gyu Ri as Hong Jae In, a talented violist who is the first to recognize their extraordinary abilities.
Newly released film photos and vintage camcorder clips highlight the trio’s vibrant daily life at Korea Arts High School. In one striking moment, Kang Bio and Choi Jeong Yo sit side-by-side practicing a four-hands piano piece (a technique where two musicians play a single piano together) before striking a playful pose for Hong Jae In’s camera.
