The episode begins with UV (Uday) expressing his protective instincts towards his younger sister, Pari. He firmly tells Eshwar, their grandfather, that he will do everything in his power to ensure nothing bad happens to her. Eshwar, however, counters UV’s sentiment by asserting his authority as Pari’s grandfather, stating that he will make the decisions regarding her life. He insists that there is no need for Pari to work outside the home, claiming that she lacks for nothing.
In response, UV challenges Eshwar’s perspective, arguing that if Pari doesn’t need to work, then no one in the family should have to, especially since Jindal Pharmacy is thriving financially. He emphasizes that work is not merely about earning money; it is also about fulfilling personal dreams and aspirations. UV struggles to understand why Eshwar cannot grasp this simple logic.
The conversation quickly escalates when Eshwar begins to insult UV’s mother, Sheetal, who left the family to pursue her own dreams. He blames her departure for the suffering endured by both his son, Harshvardan, and grandson, UV, over the years. Infuriated, UV defends his mother, asserting that no one knows the true reasons behind her decision to leave. He confronts Eshwar, asking why he imposed rules that stifled Sheetal’s spirit, leading her to seek freedom outside the household.
UV further criticizes Harshvardan for failing to support Sheetal as a husband, suggesting that his father’s lack of understanding contributed to her departure. Despite Eshwar’s continued insults toward Sheetal, UV stands firm, declaring that once his mother returns to the house, the real reason for her leaving will be revealed. Until then, he demands that Eshwar cease his disparaging remarks about her.
As the argument continues, UV passionately asserts that every woman deserves to have goals and the opportunity to achieve them. Eshwar retorts sarcastically, questioning whether UV plans to provide financial support to women pursuing their dreams. With a sad smile, UV counters that no woman needs a man’s help; they are strong and capable enough to overcome any challenges they face. He urges Eshwar to recognize this truth.
Ambika, sensing the tension, intervenes and reminds everyone that UV’s support is primarily for Katha, a young woman striving to fulfill her ambitions. However, UV clarifies that his stance is unwavering: he will support any woman, including Katha and Pari, who wishes to pursue her dreams. Eshwar, visibly furious, declares that he will not allow anything to happen that goes against his wishes. In defiance, UV challenges Eshwar, presenting Katha’s readmission form and encouraging her to fill it out, assuring her that no one will stop her from rejoining college. Katha, overwhelmed by the moment, is left speechless.
Later, Katha and UV meet with Mr. Agarwal, who delivers promising news. He informs them that Katha has been exonerated through CCTV footage, which clearly shows that Tamanah was the one who set her up. The committee has decided to punish Tamanah and has granted Katha the opportunity to retake her exam, ensuring she won’t fall behind in her studies. Mr. Agarwal informs Katha that she is scheduled to take her exam the following day, leaving her pleasantly surprised.
After Mr. Agarwal departs, Katha expresses her concerns about how Eshwar will react to the news. UV encourages her to make her own decisions without fear, reassuring her that he will support her no matter what. They share a warm hug, enjoying a lighthearted moment together, which is observed from a distance by Arjun. His men inform him about the bond between Sheetal and Katha, prompting Arjun to declare that he will not allow his sister to return to the Jindal house. He warns his men that anyone who interferes with his decisions will face consequences.
Back at the Jindal house, Eshwar confidently asserts to his family that Katha will never defy him. Just then, Katha and UV arrive home. Harshvardan prompts Katha to share her decision, while Ambika urges her to clarify whose side she is on. Katha takes a deep breath and states firmly that she is not taking anyone’s side, nor is she opposing anyone between Eshwar and UV. Her decision, she explains, is solely based on her desire to fulfill her dreams. UV beams with pride at her declaration.
