The episode begins with Mangal waiting in line for a security check. Suddenly, a girl behind her pushes her, causing Mangal to bump into Adit. Mangal apologizes, but Adit glares at her in annoyance. Meanwhile, Sowmya frantically searches for her passport while Kusum casually remarks to Shanti that Mangal likes pickles, irritating Sowmya further.
As Mangal approaches the security check, she learns that her bag cannot be allowed through. Adit scolds her harshly for being careless and blames her for making him late. He mockingly suggests that she must have packed a jar of pickles in her luggage. The security then mistakenly takes Adit’s bag, prompting him to argue it’s a misunderstanding since he hasn’t packed anything objectionable. The security officer points out that razors are not allowed in cabin luggage, leading to Adit’s embarrassment over being at the airport for the first time. He recalls how Mangal used to pack his bags for him.
Meanwhile, Sowmya discovers torn pieces of paper on the floor and is shocked to find her passport among them, which smells of pickles. Adit calls her, asking if she located her passport. She informs him that she’ll arrange for a temporary one, but Adit insists she need not as he’ll be back in two days.
Sowmya remains stubborn about accompanying Adit, blaming him for not checking her documents. Adit retorts that it was her responsibility to ensure she had everything. He even comments that Mangal is better than her, pushing Sowmya to the edge of frustration as she demands he stop comparing her to Mangal. Kusum offers to bring food and smells pickles on her hands. She then suspects that Sowmya intentionally exchanged the passports to keep her from going with Adit, resolving not to let her live peacefully in the house.
Later, Mangal bumps into Adit again, and they share an intense eye lock before Adit heads off to buy food. Mangal hears an announcement about a flight delay and informs Kusum about it, then notices the food stand is empty. She gives Adit the paratha she packed at home, which he scolds her for, insisting there are plenty of food options at the international airport. Mangal explains that she packed it because he shouldn’t drink coffee on an empty stomach. Despite his initial irritation, Adit takes the paratha and eats it.
Meanwhile, Sowmya adds extra chili to her food, determined to make Kusum’s life miserable now that she stopped her from going to Sri Lanka with Adit. Later, as Sowmya works on her laptop, Kusum tries to offer her food, but she refuses. Kusum insists, and when Sowmya finds it too spicy but is forbidden from drinking water, she remembers Sowmya’s earlier actions and smirks.
Mangal arrives in Sri Lanka and learns from the driver that it will take at least two hours to reach their resort. Back home, Raghuveer hands a pendrive to Lakshmi, instructing her to go directly to court. Sanjana, observing from a distance, calls Jia’s mother with an offer. She tells her they have a common enemy, and while she will help, she expects something in return.
The next day, Lakshmi prays for justice for Karthik but notices the house is empty when she receives a call from the police station informing her that Karthik has a high fever and keeps calling her name. Concerned, she promises to visit him at the station. Meanwhile, Karthik arrives at court, hopeful for bail, but Lakshmi gets surrounded by goons intent on abducting her. Despite her struggles and attempts to fight back, she is overpowered and knocked unconscious, leaving her belongings scattered—but the pendrive falls unnoticed.
In court, the judge instructs the Mithal family to begin their case, with Raghuveer at the forefront. He requests time, claiming Lakshmi has evidence that hasn’t yet arrived. Mithal scoffs, saying Raghuveer is wasting the court’s time. The judge demands the evidence be submitted, while Karthik grows anxious about Lakshmi’s absence and urges Raghuveer to find her.
As the chaos unfolds, the gangsters inform Jia’s mother that they have Lakshmi, and she voices her desire to end her life to prevent her from ruining her daughter’s future. After sending a message to Jia, she smiles as she reads it. Raghuveer takes note, realizing Jia is orchestrating these events. She finally admits to abducting Lakshmi and insists on accepting all blame in court, playing the emotional card to earn the judge’s sympathy. Raghuveer and Karthik are frustrated by her theatrics, especially when the judge decides to take a recess for Jia’s apparent mental breakdown.
In the aftermath, Karthik urges Raghuveer to locate Lakshmi quickly. Just as Lakshmi regains consciousness and attempts to orchestrate an accident, Raghuveer calls for an assistant to investigate her whereabouts, noting that it seems like she was abducted. Meanwhile, Gayathri recalls Jia’s earlier warning and becomes increasingly anxious as Raghuveer notices her distress. He confronts Gayathri, asking if she’s hiding anything, but she denies it.
Mithal confronts Jia, demanding to know what is happening, and she tells him simply to support her.
The episode concludes with heightened tension and uncertainty about Lakshmi’s fate and the ongoing court proceedings.
