The episode opens with Gajasur pleading with Lord Shiv for mukhti (liberation). Mahishi, standing by, urges Lord Shiv to take his trishul (trident) and grant Gajasur’s request, lamenting that she is the unluckiest mother for having to ask her son about death. Gajasur reiterates his request, acknowledging that he could die at any moment. Lord Narayan advises Lord Shiv to fulfill the devotee’s wish, even though he knows how challenging it is. One by one, the other divine beings urge Lord Shiv to proceed. In a moment of anguish, Lord Shiv shouts “No!” while Goddess Parvati grips his hands. Ultimately, Lord Shiv throws his trishul at Gajasur, who dies while chanting “Har Har Mahadev.”

Mahishi screams in despair, and Lord Shiv’s raw anger reverberates across the universe, causing chaos. Goddess Parvati continues to hold Lord Shiv’s hands, urging him to calm down. Lord Narayan tells Shiv that he will have to go through this pain whenever faced with such situations. Kartikeya and Ganesh encourage their father to maintain his composure. On the sidelines, Shukracharya informs Diti that Gajasur had become useless to the Asuras, and it was inevitable that he wouldn’t gain immortality either.

In his distress, Lord Shiv declares himself the most unfortunate being. Mahishi retorts that she is the unluckiest, grieving over Gajasur’s death. She mournfully touches her son’s lifeless body, asking Lord Shiv to burn it and give her the ashes. Lord Shiv responds that only half of the body will become ashes, leading Mahishi to assert that the last rites cannot be fulfilled without a complete body. Despite her pleas, Lord Shiv stands firm in his decision, stating their relationship ends here. Ignoring her protests, he opens his third eye and incinerates half of Gajasur’s body, invoking the song “Hara Shambhu” in the background.

Mahishi questions Lord Shiv about his actions while Shukracharya notes that Asuras will not receive last rites. Diti challenges Lord Shiv on the treatment of his devotee, but Lord Shiv silences them both. He clarifies that he is not punishing Gajasur but rather fulfilling his wish. He then transforms the remaining half of Gajasur’s body into clothing for himself, declaring that this way, Gajasur can always remain with him. Hearing this, Mahishi is filled with a sense of hope and happiness, believing that Gajasur will still be a part of them. The divine assembly chants “Har Har Mahadev” in reverence as Lord Shiv dons the transformed attire.

As Shukracharya attempts to show respect to Lord Shiv, he is abruptly silenced by Lord Shiv, who accuses Shukracharya of overstepping his boundaries. Lord Shiv orders him to leave, and Shukracharya, recognizing the authority of Lord Shiv, exits reluctantly. Turning to Mahishi, Lord Shiv announces his intention to create a shivling (a representation of Lord Shiva) at this spot to fulfill Gajasur’s wish, naming it the “Kirthi Shivling.” He then creates the shivling, with the backdrop of the song “Karpur Gauram” resonating through the air. Both Lord Shiv and Mahishi perform puja using Gajasur’s ashes. The atmosphere is one of solemnity and reverence as they honor Gajasur’s memory.

In another scene, Shukracharya, feeling insulted, discusses the situation with Diti. She mentions that Lord Shiv often displays this behavior, forgiving Devraj Indra but never extending the same courtesy to the Asuras. Shukracharya complains that they are in need of a strong leader to represent the Asuras.

Meanwhile, in a separate setting, devotees discuss their unwavering commitment to worship Lord Shiv. However, Jimrasur, observing their devotion, orders them to worship him instead, insisting that Lord Shiv will not fulfill any of their requests. When the devotees hesitate, Jimrasur resorts to violence, intimidating them until they reluctantly agree to worship him. Shukracharya and Diti watch this unfold, smiling at the ploy, realizing they have found a new leader for the Asuras in Jimrasur.

As the devotees chant “Jimrasur ki jai” and begin performing puja for him, Rishi Agastya arrives and firmly declares that there is only one true leader, Mahadev, Lord Shiv. Jimrasur scoffs at Agastya, vowing to see what Lord Shiv will do to save him. He then attacks Rishi Agastya, who staunchly chants “Har Har Mahadev” in response.

Lord Shiv senses the turmoil and hears Rishi Agastya’s chants. In response to Jimrasur’s taunts, Agastya underscores Jimrasur’s ignorance regarding Lord Shiv’s true power. He valiantly removes an arrow that has struck him and hurls it back towards Jimrasur. However, Jimrasur’s commander, Kranch, intercepts the arrow and attacks Rishi Agastya, boasting about being Goddess Parvati’s brother.

Just then, Lord Shiv’s hand emerges and heals Rishi Agastya’s injuries. Agastya counters that Kranch’s arrogance will lead to his downfall because he is linked to Lord Shiv. He declares he will go to Kailash and confront Lord Shiv.
