The episode opens with Mannat expressing her feelings to Neetu, stating firmly that Vikrant is insignificant to her. Dhariya interjects, noting that Mannat has never spoken to Neetu in such a manner before. In response, Mannat retorts that Neetu has also never spoken about Dhariya in a respectful way. Dhariya points out that Mannat’s anger is evident, and she acknowledges her frustration. She confronts Dhariya, questioning why he did not respond to Neetu and asks Neetu why she fails to understand Dhariya’s perspective. Mannat is particularly upset about Neetu’s belief that Vikrant has the right to know the entire truth, reminding her of Vikrant’s past actions, including throwing both Mannat and Roni out of his house. Dhariya urges Mannat to stop her tirade.
Mannat continues, reminding Neetu that Vikrant had previously imprisoned her and had manipulated Roni into signing property papers to secure Neetu’s release. This revelation brings Neetu to tears. Mannat recounts how Vikrant abandoned her on the day of her wedding and how he has continuously tarnished her reputation. She recalls how Vikrant sent her divorce papers upon discovering her pregnancy, emphasizing that he never even bothered to visit Neetu. Mannat expresses her conviction that Vikrant returned only to disrupt their lives.
She challenges Dhariya, asking if he has forgotten how Vikrant attempted to send her to jail, and insists that Vikrant is determined to ruin their lives. Mannat questions how Neetu can assert that Vikrant deserves to know the truth. She declares her unwavering commitment to her family, which includes Neetu, Roni, Dhariya, and Dua, and vows to protect them at all costs, even if it means standing against Neetu.
Neetu, taken aback, asks Mannat why she would think she would ever want to harm their family. She reveals her intention to inform Vikrant that Dua is both Mannat’s and his daughter, expressing hope that this revelation would lead to a reconciliation between Mannat and Vikrant. Neetu believes that Mannat and Vikrant share a deep love and insists that she does not want anyone to come between them, casting a glance at Dhariya as she speaks.
Mannat counters, stating that what Neetu perceives as love is actually pain, a pain inflicted upon her by Vikrant. Neetu argues that Vikrant genuinely loves Mannat. Mannat, however, insists that if this is true love, then she wants nothing to do with it. She asserts that Vikrant is indifferent to their struggles, while only Dhariya has shown them true care and support. She highlights that despite having a blood connection to Vikrant, Dhariya has always prioritized their well-being and never asked for anything in return. Mannat expresses her unwillingness to tolerate anyone questioning the bond between Dhariya and Dua.
Neetu disagrees, insisting that Mannat is mistaken about Dhariya. She suggests that Dhariya has deeper feelings for Mannat than mere friendship. Mannat firmly tells Neetu not to question her relationship with Dhariya, emphasizing that he is not a selfish person. She asserts that Vikrant cannot possibly be like Dhariya. Mannat then proposes that they leave for home, but Dhariya insists he will take Neetu home first. Mannat points out that Dhariya still cares for Neetu, and she warns Neetu that if she chooses to tell Vikrant the truth, she will consider ending their relationship. Neetu is visibly shocked by this ultimatum, and Mannat leaves the scene.
Meanwhile, Vikrant answers a call from Vishaka, who inquires about Mannat. He dismisses the topic and hangs up, leaving Vishaka pleased to see that he remains angry with Mannat. Elsewhere, Bunty questions Dua about the turmoil in her household, and she admits she is unaware of the details. Bunty expresses concern about facing the wrath of Guddi and Mannat due to Dua’s lack of knowledge. Dua reassures him that she will credit him when she becomes a chef.
Roni, worried about Mannat, reflects on Neetu’s mistakes. As he walks, he accidentally collides with Vikrant, who apologizes without looking at him. Roni seizes the moment to taunt Vikrant, suggesting that he should apologize to Mannat instead, knowing full well that he won’t. Vikrant claims he has tried to reach out to them, but Roni warns him to keep his distance from Neetu. Vikrant, acknowledging his past mistakes, admits that he struggles to trust anyone after feeling betrayed by those he loved. Roni reminds him that while they have apologized, he has yet to forgive them and advises Vikrant to find happiness in the life he chose seven years ago, allowing them to live their lives free of his influence.
Outside the house, Neetu reflects on her encounters with Vikrant and recalls the heated words exchanged between Dhariya and Mannat. Stopping her wheelchair, she is urged by Dhariya to let go of the past and return home, explaining that their angry words were said in the heat of the moment. Neetu, however, pushes back, asserting that Dhariya may deceive others, but she knows he has feelings for Mannat. She implores him to admit his love for her.
Dhariya concedes that Neetu might be right, but he clarifies that he understands his boundaries and knows what Mannat desires. Neetu argues that if Dhariya truly understood Mannat’s wishes, he would not have prevented her from meeting Vikrant. Dhariya explains that he acted in Mannat’s best interest and respects her decisions. Neetu expresses her frustration, lamenting that she was unable to meet Vikrant because of Dhariya, and she breaks down in tears.
Inside the house, Mannat is lost in thought, reflecting on Neetu’s comments. She approaches Roni, inquiring about his thoughts on the situation. Roni expresses his belief that Neetu has acted wrongly. When Mannat asks if he has seen Vikrant, Roni expresses his desire for Vikrant to leave their lives as soon as possible, not wanting their family to suffer due to his presence. He then heads inside.
Later, Arzoo is startled to see Mannat in her car. Mannat addresses her as Aishwarya, accusing her of deceiving everyone, but insists she will not let Aishwarya go unpunished for Shruti’s death. Arzoo flees, but Mannat pursues her and slaps her. Arzoo protests that she is not Aishwarya, while onlookers record the scene. Mallika arrives and sends the bystanders away, asking Arzoo if she is alright. Arzoo admits she is not, and Mallika confesses to feeling scared as well. Arzoo then asks Mallika to investigate why Yashika visits the chawl, and Mallika agrees to help.
Meanwhile, Dua falls asleep, and Dhariya gently covers her with a blanket. Mannat observes this tender moment and later joins Dhariya outside. She offers an apology on behalf of Neetu, to which Dhariya responds that she is family, and therefore has no need to apologize. He explains that Neetu’s harsh words stem from her own reasons.
In the recap, Vikrant catches sight of Dua, Mannat, and Dhariya dancing around Neetu, prompting Mannat to sense his presence and call out his name.
