The episode commences with Neetu joyfully feeding sweets to Mannat and Vikrant during their roka ceremony, a significant event marking the engagement of the couple. The atmosphere is filled with celebration, but amidst the joy, Malla experiences a pang of jealousy as she observes the affectionate interactions between the families. Following Neetu, Roni takes his turn to feed sweets to the couple, offering his blessings, and the other family members soon follow suit, creating a warm and festive environment.
As the ceremony unfolds, Anirudh makes his entrance, and Mannat’s face lights up at the sight of her father. He compliments her by saying she looks lovely and instructs both Mannat and Vikrant to take their designated seats. Anirudh performs a traditional aarti for the couple, a ritual meant to bless them. Just as he is about to leave, Mannat reaches out, holding his hand, expressing her gratitude by stating how fortunate she feels to have both him and Shruti as her family. Vikrant echoes her sentiment, expressing his own luck at becoming part of Mannat’s family and emphasizing that now that the roka has taken place, there is no turning back.
Amidst the celebrations, Aishwarya reminds everyone that the traditional nek ritual from the elder brother is still pending. Vikrant then reveals that he has received a gift from Dhairya, who sent it in place of the elder brother. He fondly recalls how Dhairya had handed it to him earlier and presents it to Mannat. In a touching gesture, Roni asks Neetu to give Mannat their ancestral bangles. Neetu, however, is reminded of the past when these bangles went missing during Vikrant and Malla’s wedding, leading her to wonder how Roni managed to find them now. Despite her hidden disappointment, she helps Mannat wear the bangles, who gratefully thanks her.
Dhairya makes his entrance, observing the lively atmosphere where everyone is dancing. Anirudh spots him and inquires about his presence. Dhairya explains that he had forgotten to retrieve his ID. Anirudh promptly hands it over, urging ACP Dhairya to join the celebration of his daughter’s roka. Initially hesitant, Dhairya eventually agrees and steps into the festivities. Meanwhile, Neetu discreetly takes a moment away from the crowd to make a phone call. During the call, she inquires about Visakha and learns that her son is involved with the police, leaving her in shock. She abruptly ends the call and heads back inside.
As Dhairya prepares to leave, Vikrant stops him and offers a gift, which Dhairya initially declines but later accepts. Just then, Dhairya’s mother arrives, and Vikrant introduces her to Dhairya. The moment becomes tense as Dhairya realizes that Vikrant is actually his long-lost brother, Aman, upon seeing Neetu. Memories flood back, including the traumatic incident from their childhood when Neetu caused an accident that claimed the lives of Dhairya’s parents and took Aman away with her, renaming him Vikrant. Dhairya, filled with anguish, pleads with his parents to wake up and prevent Neetu from taking Aman away, but she ignores his cries and leaves with him in a car.
In a moment of despair, Dhairya cries out for help, prompting a crowd to gather and assist his parents, who need to be taken to the hospital. As he reflects on the past, he recalls cherished moments with Vikrant and comes to the painful realization that Vikrant is indeed his brother Aman, which overwhelms him with emotion. He drops the gift Vikrant had given him, but Vikrant picks it up and hands it back. Dhairya expresses his gratitude, and Roni invites ACP Dhairya to join them for lunch, highlighting the importance of the occasion as it is her son’s roka.
However, Dhairya is reminded of a past incident involving Roni, where he recalls how Roni had paid money to prevent a case from being filed against him. He remembers his grandmother’s words about Roni’s wife running away with her grandson and causing the death of her son. Roni had pleaded for understanding, explaining that his wife was in distress after losing her son and made a mistake. Dhairya asserts that they would not have allowed such actions to go unpunished, and he recalls how the police had taken him away during that tumultuous time.
In the present, Dhairya ultimately decides to stay for Vikrant’s roka, embracing him in a brotherly hug. Meanwhile, Neetu, feeling the need to attend to her own matters, takes Vikrant aside for a private conversation.
The episode concludes with a dramatic cliffhanger as Malla devises a plan to harm Mannat by tampering with the oven, while Dhairya vows to expose Vikrant’s true identity in front of everyone, setting the stage for further conflict and revelations.
