The episode begins with Mannat suggesting that everyone should allow Aarambhi some time to rest. Vikrant concurs with her suggestion, expressing that it would be beneficial for someone to assist Mannat in organizing everything. Vishwas then turns to Aishwarya, offering his support by asking her to call him if she needs any help. Aarambhi, feeling grateful, embraces Mannat before taking her leave.
Meanwhile, Avanthika is on a quest to find her handbag, and Yashika returns it to her. In their conversation, Avanthika advises Yashika to take control of her relationship with Vikrant. She explains that men tend to be attracted to women who are strong and assertive.
Avanthika points out that Vikrant often sides with Mannat, suggesting that Yashika should demand respect from him. She takes pride in having managed everything on her own over the years, claiming her strength and bravery have earned her a respected position in Vishwas’s hospital. Although Vishwas is the owner, she emphasizes that he holds her in high regard. Avanthika encourages Yashika to use manipulation when necessary to maintain her position.
Furthermore, she warns Yashika to be vigilant and aware of her surroundings, advising her to stay close to Vikrant at all times. Yashika acknowledges her advice, promising not to leave Vikrant’s side before or after their marriage. She expresses her gratitude to Avanthika for her guidance.
In another part of the story, Manmeet is seen treating a patient. Raj praises Manmeet for providing exceptional care and urges her to focus on her work. He apologizes for an earlier incident, but she insists that he concentrate on his responsibilities. As she tends to her patient, she experiences a painful memory related to the doctor’s advice she received when she donated her kidney. Raj offers to help her, but she declines, fearing that he might discover the truth about her donation to Aarambhi. She leaves, and Raj is left with a sense of suspicion regarding her secretive behavior.
Meanwhile, Mannat and Dhairya are waiting outside Aarambhi’s house, eager to meet her. When Aarambhi arrives, she asks Mannat to disclose her plan, cautioning that if anyone sees them together, their scheme could be jeopardized. She inquires about the hospital uniform Mannat has brought along, to which Mannat responds by asking her to check the eye drops.
Aarambhi explains that these eye drops can temporarily blur vision. Mannat expresses her intention to use them, planning to make Aishwarya believe something is wrong with her health. This would pressure Aishwarya into going to the hospital for a check-up, where they could alter her medical reports. Mannat reminds Aarambhi that Aishwarya had previously used a similar tactic during the DNA test.
Aarambhi expresses her moral concerns, stating that this approach is wrong and that they should not harm anyone. However, Mannat counters her argument by accusing Aishwarya of being a murderer, recalling the time she attempted to kill Dua and Yuvi by locking them in a freezer. She also accuses Aishwarya of causing the death of Shruthi’s mother, Sunita, and Dhairya adds that Aishwarya was responsible for his grandmother’s death as well.
Mannat insists that she will not show mercy. Dhairya clarifies that their plan only involves changing the report and not causing physical harm, urging Aarambhi to support them. Aarambhi reluctantly agrees but warns that altering the reports in the hospital will not be an easy task. Mannat reassures her that she will devise a plan, and Aarambhi suggests using Avanthika’s prescription to add the eye drops to Aishwarya’s kajal.
At that moment, Nandita arrives, searching for Hari, and notices Aarambhi’s presence. She questions Aarambhi about why she is there, but Aarambhi quickly fabricates an excuse and exits, leaving Nandita suspicious.
Later, Mannat sneaks into Aishwarya’s room and mixes the eye drops into her kajal. Outside, Dhairya and Dua wait anxiously. When Vikrant arrives, they deceive him by saying that Mannat is upset with them and that they are trying to win her over. Vikrant offers some suggestions, and as they converse, Dhairya and Vikrant reminisce about their childhood with Dua. Yashika observes this interaction and feels that Mannat and Dua are always close to Vikrant, prompting her to think about how to assert control over him.
Mannat watches them from a distance, believing that once Aishwarya is exposed, the misunderstandings between Dhairya and Vikrant may be resolved.
Aarambhi contemplates Mannat’s plan when Vishwas mentions the need for Saluja’s support in their business endeavors. Dimple advises Aarambhi to organize a welcoming party for the Saluja family and cautions her against making any mistakes. She suggests that Aarambhi enlist Avanthika’s help, as she understands the nuances of high society, but also warns her not to involve Mannat in any way. Aarambhi agrees and sarcastically assigns the responsibility to Avanthika, claiming she understands their social class better. Avanthika is taken aback by this remark.
As the story unfolds, Aishwarya begins to experience blurred vision, causing Yashika and Mallika to worry and escort her to her room. Meanwhile, Mannat informs Dhairya that she will head to the hospital and quickly changes into a nurse’s uniform.
In a tense moment, Vikrant enters Mannat’s room while she hides in the bathroom. He sends her a voice message, expressing his support and advising her not to stress about the upcoming cocktail party. He notices her phone and leaves, allowing Mannat to emerge and hear his message. Determined, she resolves to reach the hospital before Aarambhi.
Meanwhile, Vishwas confronts Aarambhi about her decision to delegate all responsibilities to Avanthika, accusing her of treating her like a servant. Aarambhi defends her actions by stating that they have always criticized her arrangements. Vishwas retorts that she has never delegated work before and reminds her that Avanthika wasn’t present earlier.
He accuses her of changing since returning home, asserting that she should remember her place. Aarambhi responds defiantly, stating that she is fully aware of her status, as he frequently reminds her. In a fit of anger, Vishwas breaks a cup, and Aarambhi stands her ground against him. After receiving news of the Saluja family’s arrival, he leaves for the hospital.
At the hospital, Mannat has successfully disguised herself as a nurse. Vikrant and Yashika bring Aishwarya in, and Mannat discreetly guides them to the examination room before hiding away.
Raj approaches Aarambhi, expressing his desire to discuss Manmeet. He reveals that she is still grappling with past trauma and has recently injured herself. Aarambhi agrees to speak with Manmeet and decides to head to the hospital. Nandita, noticing Aarambhi leaving with a bag, grows suspicious and decides to follow her.
Once at the hospital, Nurse Khushi takes Aishwarya for her tests. Mannat feels the pressure to act quickly. Manmeet mistakenly identifies Mannat as a lab assistant and requests her help with samples. Mannat, unable to refuse, complies and collects a urine sample, feeling increasingly frustrated. Manmeet then asks her to take a blood sample, which shocks Mannat. Meanwhile, Nandita continues to track Aarambhi, who realizes she is being followed.
Manmeet insists that Mannat take the blood sample. Mannat pretends to feel faint at the sight of blood, trying to avoid the task, but Manmeet is unconvinced and takes matters into her own hands. She instructs Mannat to deliver the samples to the lab, and Mannat agrees, knowing she must find a way to reach the lab.
As this tension builds, Aarambhi contemplates how to evade Nandita and reach Mannat to assist with their plan.
In the upcoming scenes, Aarambhi successfully alters the reports, while Vishwas informs Vikrant that Aishwarya is suffering from liver failure and requires a transplant. The episode culminates with Aishwarya collapsing, leaving viewers anxious for what will unfold next.
