The episode opens with a tense yet hopeful atmosphere as Nawab asks Heer to leave, but she hesitates, wanting to know how he is feeling. Concerned for his well-being, Heer inquires about his hands, clearly showing her care for him. She then shifts the conversation to Pammi’s upcoming marriage, explaining that her family wants Nawab to attend the wedding. Nilu watches the exchange, confident that Heer will successfully convince Nawab to join them, believing that one day Heer and Nawab will be together.
Tayaji, eager for Nawab’s presence, requests Heer to bring him over for a few moments since the ladke wale (the groom’s family) are coming to meet them. Heer reassures Tayaji that she will do her best to bring Nawab along. However, Nawab, still harboring some reservations, asks Heer to request him more earnestly. Heer, feeling the weight of the situation, responds that he has crossed the limits with his demands.
Meanwhile, in another part of the house, Sunny snatches a paper from Anmol’s hands, scolding him to focus on household chores instead of whatever he was doing. This interaction highlights the tension and responsibilities that Anmol faces, adding another layer to the family dynamics.
Returning to the conversation between Heer and Nawab, Heer pleads with Nawab to give her family some time, emphasizing that she is also helping his family. She shows him the messages from Anmol, requesting Nawab to be generous with her family during this crucial time. Nawab, however, questions why he should care about her family when she seems indifferent to his feelings. He provocatively asks Heer why she wants to bring her “useless and loser” husband into the picture, challenging her loyalty.
Heer, feeling the pressure, insists that she genuinely needs him for her family’s sake. Nawab, intrigued yet obstinate, agrees to come but warns her that she must pay a price for his presence. Heer stands firm, stating she will not do anything that compromises her dignity, and inquires about her shoulder belt, which seems to be a point of contention between them.
Nawab, playing his usual games, feigns ignorance and demands that Heer act as his servant. In a show of defiance and determination, Heer collects Nawab’s belongings, including an umbrella and other items, and begins to take care of him. She feeds him and even cleans his cricket kits, showcasing her commitment despite the challenges. Nawab then instructs her to clean the classroom, and Heer questions why he is assigning her such tasks. He brusquely tells her not to ask questions and to simply do her work.
As Heer is about to stumble, Nawab quickly catches her, and she thanks him for his help. Nawab, with a mix of annoyance and concern, explains that he saved her because he doesn’t want her to stop working. He urges her to hurry up, hinting that she still has one last task to complete for him.
Meanwhile, in the kitchen, Pammi serves snacks to Diljit and his family, creating a warm atmosphere filled with laughter. Ajit tells Nilu that he misses her homemade samosas, while Diljit’s family inquires about Heer and her husband, adding to the anticipation of their arrival.
Back to Nawab and Heer, Nawab expresses a desire for Heer to play music for ten minutes and to publicly share his positive qualities with everyone at the college. Buzzo hands Heer a script, and she takes her place in front of the microphone, preparing to speak.
As the gathering continues, Diljit’s father asks about Heer and Nawab, while Bebe requests Pammi to bring more samosas. Priti, concerned, tells Nilu that Di hasn’t sent any messages, to which Nilu responds that Heer is busy with her class and will join them later.
Heer begins her speech, showering Nawab with compliments, calling him her hero and mentor. However, Tina, who has been watching from the sidelines, grows increasingly angry at Heer’s flattery. In a moment of vulnerability, Heer calls herself an idiot in front of the college audience, refusing to continue when Nawab reminds her to stay focused. She humorously declares that Nawab has become her ringtone in life, which only fuels Tina’s irritation.
As Heer continues to praise Nawab’s intelligence and dedication, Koyal discovers that Buzzo is behind the script, which adds to her frustration. Tina, unable to contain her anger any longer, storms out of the music room. Nawab, sensing the tension, encourages Heer to keep going, noting that the audience is waiting and the script is getting damaged.
Heer, undeterred, emphasizes that Nawab is different and very special to her. She describes him as a dedicated friend and guardian, nearly calling him her husband before realizing the time is up. She asks Nawab to accompany her, but Tina interjects, accusing Heer of putting on a show. Heer retorts, telling Tina to keep her Nawab, insisting that she wants to take Nawab for a few moments.
Tensions rise as Nawab refuses to go with Heer, calling her a loser. Heer reminds him that she requested his company, and Nawab questions her motives. In a moment of frustration, Heer asserts that she has listened to him and that he doesn’t need to join her; she can manage on her own.
As Heer reflects on her relationship with Nawab, she feels a pang of disappointment, realizing that her trust in him has been broken. Just then, Pammi calls out to Heer, pulling her back to the present.
In the precap, Heer informs Diljit and his family that Nawab is busy, but Diljit’s father insists on speaking to Nawab over the phone. Just as they mention Nawab, he appears, setting the stage for a dramatic encounter filled with unresolved tensions and emotions.
