“Confidence Queen” is the Korean adaptation of the 2018 Japanese hit “The Confidence Man JP.” It follows a team of three master con artists who pull off complex, creative scams to take down some of the worst villains out there.
Park Min Young plays Yoon Yi Rang, the team’s genius leader with a 165 IQ, a wealthy background, and knockout looks. She loves nothing more than giving bad guys a taste of their own medicine. But in the newly released stills, we see her confidence take a serious hit.
Dressed as a flight attendant, Yoon Yi Rang is strutting through the airport when something makes her panic. She makes a desperate run for it, but in a spectacularly embarrassing moment, she trips and sends papers flying everywhere. The surprise on her face isn’t from the fall itself, but from what she sees on the papers scattered around her.
What secret is hidden in those documents? Has she found the one thing she needs to turn this humiliating spill into a winning hand? We’ll have to watch to find out!
