The episode begins with Heer and Nawab engaged in a tense conversation, reminding each other of the terms of their deal. Nawab expresses his frustration, stating that Heer will not heed his warnings in a polite manner, to which Heer responds by calling him egoistic. In a show of power, Nawab gives Heer a two-day ultimatum to leave the college, threatening that if she does not comply, he will intentionally create disturbances in her life. This ultimatum leaves Heer visibly upset, her eyes welling up with tears.
In the midst of her troubles, Heer is tasked with overseeing the delivery of supplies. While doing her job, she notices a suspicious activity—someone is mixing counterfeit alcohol. As she investigates further, her instincts lead her to make a mistake that raises her suspicions even more. Although a man searches the area, he finds no one, prompting Heer to inform Vikram about her concerns regarding Mrs. Ahuja’s involvement in the counterfeit scheme. When Heer tries to bring the manager to witness the tampering, they discover that Mrs. Ahuja has vanished. Despite this setback, Heer insists to Vikram that she witnessed Mrs. Ahuja tampering with the alcohol, but Vikram dismisses her concerns and tells her to return to her duties.
Later, Heer sees Gulab about to drink the same tainted alcohol. She warns her against consuming it, but Gulab brushes off her concerns, claiming it’s an elite club and that she knows what she is doing. Heer tries to justify her warning by explaining that she saw Hansika tampering with the wine, but Gulab refuses to believe her and walks away with her friends. Determined to put a stop to the dangerous situation, Heer resolves to take action.
Heer takes an auto rickshaw, but the driver seems suspicious and keeps a close watch on her. Confused about how to expose the scam, she feels trapped when the driver stops in a deserted area. In a moment of desperation, Heer attempts to escape and fights back against the driver. It is then revealed that the driver is actually Buzzo, and Nawab appears, taking control of the situation. Heer questions Nawab about his intentions, and Nawab asks Buzzo what he has done to him.
Buzzo urges Heer to listen to Nawab, who insists that he has to intervene. During their heated exchange, Buzzo accidentally refers to Heer as “Bhabi,” which leads to a chaotic moment where both Heer and Nawab confront him. Buzzo asks what Heer sprayed in his eyes, and they both clarify that it was just deodorant. Nawab then insists that Heer come with him.
Meanwhile, Varun visits Pammi, who is reluctant to speak with him. Varun insists that he needs to talk to her parents and pleads for a chance to prove himself. Pammi eventually agrees to help arrange a meeting with her family. Later, Varun confides in Gulab about his situation with Pammi, mentioning that while he feels he has her in his grasp, her parents do not trust him. Gulab advises Varun to employ her strategies and even offers him a bribe to ensure his compliance.
In another scene, Heer finds herself at Tina’s farmhouse, where she firmly tells Nawab that she will not leave the CPU. Nawab tries to convince her that he and his father will support her, but Heer accuses him of being selfish. Just then, Buzzo informs Nawab that Tina is arriving, prompting Nawab to urge Heer to hide. However, Heer refuses to go along with this plan. Nawab manages to block Tina from entering the house, but he soon realizes that Heer has found a place to conceal herself.
Tina expresses her feelings for Nawab, mentioning that her father has started to like him, and suggests that it’s time for their relationship to progress. Nawab, cautious about making hasty decisions, tries to dissuade her, and he discreetly hides Heer’s bag. Tina reminds Nawab that they have been together for a long time, and she reaches out to him, prompting a romantic gesture where Nawab kisses her hand. He tries to play it off as shyness, but Tina notices his discomfort. She then turns to Heer, asking for a kiss on the cheek, and Nawab jokingly promises Heer that he will kiss her on Valentine’s Day.
Tina, however, insists on a kiss right then, which makes Heer feel insecure. She reflects on the seven promises made during their saath phere, realizing that Nawab did not kiss Tina. Eventually, Nawab sends Tina home, and Heer takes her bag, feeling conflicted.
