The episode begins with Heer being discharged from the hospital, reflecting on her mother’s advice. As she makes her way down the staircase, she accidentally collides with it and ends up falling into Nawab’s arms. Surprised, Heer questions Nawab about his intentions, to which he responds that he wants to talk to her. He presents her with a bouquet, but Heer is reluctant to accept it. Nawab places the bouquet on her bags and affectionately refers to her as Juliet. He compliments her, saying that the name Thala vati suits her and insists that they need to discuss something important.
Nawab steps in front of Heer, urging her to trust him. He reassures her that he hasn’t done anything wrong, but Heer, skeptical, demands a lie detector test. Nawab agrees, and the questioning begins. Heer first asks him if he has any plans with Tina, and Nawab answers truthfully. When she inquires why he saved her, he again tells the truth. Then, Nawab turns the tables and asks Heer how his parents know her. She explains that his father is providing her with sponsorship, and she adds that his parents are decent people while calling him an idiot.
Contemplating her mother’s suggestion, Heer decides to ask another question. She inquires whether Nawab is married, and he replies that he is not. However, the lie detector indicates otherwise when Heer reveals that his parents told her all their sons are married. Nawab confesses that he is technically married but clarifies that he and the girl do not get along, placing the blame on her for the troubles in his life. Heer learns the truth and asks if he hates this girl, to which Nawab admits he does, claiming she has ruined his life.
Nawab requests that Juliet keep his secret, and she promises not to tell anyone. However, he proposes a lie detector test for her as well, asking if she will keep his secret. He realizes that she might not be as trustworthy as he hoped. They strike a deal, but Heer walks away feeling heartbroken. Nawab, too, feels restless and troubled by his feelings for her. At that moment, Tina appears and tells Nawab she came to apologize to Thala vati, but he remains distrustful of her intentions.
Meanwhile, Anmol discovers a bill for a necklace worth sixty thousand and begins to suspect Sunny. She confronts him about who the necklace is for, and Sunny responds that it is for her. He accuses Anmol of doubting him and raises his voice in frustration before walking away.
Back at home, Heer is greeted by Dilip, who apologizes to Nilu for not taking better care of her. Nilu advises Heer to look after herself, and Dilip suggests that Anmol take Heer to her room. Gulab inquires about the bouquet, and Heer tells her that friends visited her. Gulab presses for the names of these friends, but Dilip tells her to let Heer rest. Gulab is determined to uncover the truth about Heer one day.
Arjun finds himself thinking about Heer, and his sister encourages him to visit her. He reveals to her that Heer has been discharged, and she questions what is on his mind. Arjun feels guilty, believing that Heer got hurt because of him. His sister insists that he is hiding his feelings for her, but Arjun denies it. Meanwhile, Gulin sends a voice message to Heer, hinting that her brother likes her, but before she can listen to it, Arjun deletes the message, worried about the implications. Heer, unaware of the message, takes her medicine without seeing it.
Heer asks Anmol why she seems worried, and Anmol confesses her concerns about Sunny, expressing that she doesn’t want to doubt him. Anmol admits that she upset Sunny, and Heer apologizes for her friend’s distress, praying for Sunny to remain loyal to Anmol.
Nawab, feeling dissatisfied with his situation, decides to leave Tina and move on with Buzzo. He informs Tina of his decision, citing her doubt as the reason for his departure. Tina attempts to blackmail him, but Nawab remains resolute in his choice.
In another scene, Arjun asks Koyal what Heer said, and she informs him that Heer was upset. When Heer returns to college, Koyal encourages Arjun to speak directly to her about the message. However, as Heer is walking, she slips and falls into Arjun’s arms, prompting jealousy in Nawab, who observes the moment. He clutches his heart and gazes at Heer, perplexed by his feelings. Arjun apologizes to Heer, explaining that he doesn’t want to hurt her. Heer responds by advising both him and Nawab to control their tempers, warning them that they could face consequences from the disciplinary committee.
The three of them eventually find themselves in front of the committee, where Arjun and Nawab continue to argue. The Dean holds Heer responsible for the conflict and expresses his intention to investigate the matter further, ultimately assigning them the punishment of painting an old building.
As the episode concludes, Heer warns both Arjun and Nawab about their behavior, and Nawab holds onto Heer in the classroom, indicating the tension between them.
In the upcoming scenes, Heer plans to confide in Gulab about Sunny’s affairs and attempts to make Nawab jealous regarding her interactions with Arjun.
