The episode begins with Deepika, who is cleverly disguised as a maid in the house of Dharamraj. She takes great care to hide her face from both Dharamraj and Yuvraj, ensuring that her true identity remains concealed. As she goes about her tasks, Dharamraj notices her presence and inquires about what she is doing there. Deepika responds that she is simply cleaning, maintaining her cover. Dharamraj, somewhat annoyed, instructs the maid to knock before entering any room in the future, to which Deepika agrees. Following this brief exchange, both Dharamraj and Yuvraj exit the room.
Once alone, Deepika makes a phone call to Anjali. During their conversation, she reveals a shocking piece of information: Prakash is the one who attempted to kill Deepak, the manager of the hospital. Furthermore, she informs Anjali that Vidyut Kashyap has taken responsibility for Deepak’s death. Deepika expresses her concern that if Vidyut succeeds in his plans, Dharamraj will likely lift his suspension. Anjali, determined to prevent this from happening, assures Deepika that she will not allow it.
Meanwhile, Gini is on the phone with someone, expressing her fears about going to jail for her involvement in the attempt on Anjali’s life. She also refers to Anjali as her enemy, indicating the tension between them.
Abhay arrives at the Rajput house, and Gini is surprised to see him. She questions his presence there, and Abhay asks if he can stay for a while. He confesses to Gini that he has come to realize his mistakes and acknowledges that Anjali has always loved Aman and never had feelings for him. Abhay apologizes to Gini for previously throwing her out of the house, claiming that he has now understood her true love for him. He pleads for her forgiveness and acceptance, stating that if she cannot forgive him, he will leave. This prompts Abhay to prepare to exit the house.

Gini, excited by the prospect, asks Abhay to remove his shoes and leads him to the altar of Maata Rani. There, she asks him to make a promise in front of the deity that he will marry her. Abhay appears to hesitate, prompting comments from Vaibhav and Sadhika regarding his reluctance.
Eventually, Abhay makes a promise before Maata Rani that he will marry the one he loves. While he is secretly thinking of Anjali, Gini, Vaibhav, and Sadhika interpret his words as a commitment to Gini. Following this, Gini rushes off to gather everyone and begin planning for the wedding.
Abhay then contacts Raghav. During their conversation, Raghav inquires if Abhay successfully entered the Rajput house, to which Abhay confirms. Raghav instructs Abhay to ensnare Gini in his affections and to make her confess her wrongdoings. He mentions that he will be going to court the next day, and Abhay requests that Raghav keep this visit a secret. When Raghav asks why, Abhay explains that Gini is preparing for a celebration and may invite Sanya, Nivedita, and others, which could complicate matters. Raghav makes a remark about Gini before Abhay ends the call.
Sadhika later approaches Abhay, warning him that Gini believes in the concept of “Chat Mangni, Pat Biha,” which signifies a quick engagement and marriage. She advises him to be prepared for whatever may come next, hinting at the urgency of the situation.
In the preview for the next episode, tension escalates as Vidyut attempts to kill Deepak. However, Ved, who is disguised as a patient, intervenes and fights back against Vidyut. Pankaj then arrives on the scene, apprehending Vidyut and taking him away, setting the stage for further developments in the storyline.
