The episode begins with Raghav conveying a somber message to Ganesh, stating that his daughter is alive but is leading a lifeless existence. He expresses concern for her terrible condition and asserts that she deserves punishment for her past sins. Following this, Raghav departs with his son, Abhay, leaving Ganesh in a state of distress.

Aarti, filled with determination, reflects on the doctor’s assurance that Anjali will soon recover and regain her ability to speak. She resolves to uncover the truth behind Anjali’s condition and vows to take action against those responsible, even contemplating going viral with any evidence she can find.

As Aarti moves through the hospital corridor, she and Raghav inadvertently walk past each other, oblivious to one another’s presence. Aarti instructs Sapna to stay with Ganesh while she goes to fetch some medicine. In a moment of urgency, Ganesh expresses his concern about Raghav, Abhay, and Nivedita being in the same hospital, suggesting that they must leave before the truth is discovered. Sapna intervenes, insisting that they can obtain the medicine outside and urging immediate departure. Aarti seeks clarification on the urgency, but just then, Sapna receives a call from the Rajvanshi family. They express their fondness for Aarti and their desire for a swift marriage arrangement. Ganesh agrees to the proposal and informs Aarti that her marriage has been fixed.

Aarti, however, pleads with Ganesh to allow her to undertake an assignment in Uttar Pradesh first, promising to return in time for the wedding. Sapna supports Aarti’s request, reinforcing the plea to Ganesh. He ultimately consents, demanding that Aarti make a promise on her mother’s name to return safely and on time. Aarti agrees to the conditions and encourages the family to commence the wedding preparations.

Meanwhile, Abhay attempts to comfort Raghav, reminding him that the doctor has advised against stress and urging him to relax. Raghav, however, expresses a deep despair, declaring that he no longer wishes to live. Nivedita reprimands him for such thoughts, reminding him that the following day marks Aman’s death anniversary. A nearby nurse observes the exchange, pondering whether Raghav and Abhay remain unaware of Anjali and her daughter’s survival.

In another poignant moment, Ganesh speaks to Anjali about the tragic day of her accident with Aman, revealing that it was not an accident but a premeditated crime. He shows her a photo of Aman, prompting faint memories to surface. Ganesh reminds her of Aman’s love for her, recounting how he would wait outside their home just to catch a glimpse of her and how he ultimately sacrificed his life for her. He emphasizes that today marks Aman’s barsi, a day of remembrance.

As Anjali begins to recall fragments of that fateful day, Ganesh encourages her to remember who was behind the tragedy. He mentions Pankaj’s futile efforts to uncover the truth, asserting that divine justice will eventually prevail for the perpetrator. Anjali’s memories start to coalesce, and she begins to recall Yuvraj’s involvement.

At that moment, Aarti enters the room, calling out affectionately to Ganesh, which causes him to drop Aman’s photo in surprise. Aarti, noticing his distress, inquires about his reaction and bends down to pick up the photo, curious about its significance. Just then, a group of people from the colony arrives, wishing Aarti a happy birthday. Taken aback, Aarti expresses her surprise at their unexpected presence, while Pradeep enthusiastically suggests that they celebrate her birthday.

In the preview for the next episode, Aarti embarks on a journey to Uttar Pradesh to cover a human trafficking story, while Chandrabhan arrives at the Rajvanshi residence. During this time, Aarti secretly records evidence of the illegal activities taking place, setting the stage for further developments in the narrative.
