In response, Vaiju retorts that Vasundhara has no right to chastise her, reminding her of how she abandoned her during the godh bharai ceremony. Vasundhara accuses Vaiju of seeking revenge on Rannvijay for this past grievance and demands to know why she has come to the hospital.
Vaiju insists clearly that her presence is solely for Vayu’s sake. As tensions rise, Rannvijay arrives and begins to insult Vaiju as well. However, Jaya steps in, clarifying that she is the one who summoned Vaiju. She explains that she had requested Vaiju’s presence because Dr. Sinha indicated that Vayu’s issues stem from mental stress rather than any physical ailment, and Jaya emphasizes that they need to understand this.
Jaya explains her motives, citing her role as Vayu’s mother. In a flashback, she is seen pleading with Vaiju, insisting that Vayu’s treatment cannot commence without her and that only Vaiju’s presence can facilitate Vayu’s healing. Jaya, filled with urgency, expresses that they have already lost Vayu once due to her absence, and now is the chance to save him. She thanks Vaiju for being there and recalls the moment when Sunita questioned Vaiju about her change of heart concerning Bhoomipur. Vaiju admits her past loss of Vayu weighs heavily on her, and she cannot allow it to happen again.
Vaiju also acknowledges that Rannvijay risked his life to save Vani by taking a bullet for her. Jaya confronts Rannvijay, reminding him that they all had gone to Shiv Ganv hoping for a better outcome. She adds that Vayu misses his brave “aunty,” and they must not let their troubled history ruin Vayu’s current state. Rao Saheb urges Rannvijay to allow Vaiju to see Vayu. At that moment, Vayu hears Vaiju’s voice and begins to stir. Vaiju asks Rannvijay if Vayu will meet her, leaving the decision in his hands. However, just as Vayu rises from his bed and steps outside, Vaiju is forced to leave, as Rannvijay continues to refuse her access. After she departs, Vayu, overwhelmed by the sound of her voice, faints again, leaving Rannvijay unaware of his presence. The episode concludes with Jaya questioning Vasundhara, asking if she still believes that Vayu does not need Vaiju.
