No Tail To Tell: SBS Fantasy Romance Drama Reveals Twisted Fates in Episode 3
SBS’s weekend drama No Tail To Tell (written by Park Chan-young and Jo Ah-young, directed by Kim Jung-kwon) continues to captivate audiences as the tangled destinies of its main characters unfold. Ahead of the third episode airing on January 23 at 9:50 PM KST, the production team released stills featuring the first three-way encounter between Eun-ho (Kim Hye-yoon), Kang Si-yeol (Lomon), and Hyun Woo-seok (Jang Dong-joo).
The earlier episodes revealed how time and circumstance reversed the lives of Kang Si-yeol and Hyun Woo-seok. After Woo-seok’s promising soccer career was cut short by a car accident, Si-yeol was chosen as his replacement on the youth national team. Si-yeol went on to achieve international fame as a professional player, while Woo-seok was left behind. Their confrontation took a supernatural twist when they discovered Eun-ho’s mysterious “wish card.” By the end of episode two, hints suggested that their destinies had once again been switched, raising anticipation for what comes next.

In the newly released stills, Si-yeol—who previously insisted he had no wishes—is seen pulling out Eun-ho’s card. In a sudden change of heart, he sets the card on fire, leaving Woo-seok stunned and confused. Moments later, Eun-ho herself appears, intensifying the tension between the three. After Eun-ho departs, Si-yeol is shown staring at his phone in shock, while Woo-seok watches with curiosity. The question looms: what wish did Si-yeol make, and how will it alter their lives?
Episode three promises dramatic developments. Si-yeol, who once stood at the pinnacle of global soccer fame, finds himself reduced to obscurity overnight due to a single wish. Struggling to accept his altered fate, he resists the new reality. Meanwhile, Eun-ho’s earlier warning about the cost of wishes becomes increasingly significant. According to the production team, “As Kang Si-yeol’s destiny intertwines with Hyun Woo-seok’s, his complicated relationship with Eun-ho will deepen. The key question is whether he can return to the moment before his wish was granted.”
No Tail To Tell continues to draw viewers with its blend of fantasy, romance, and emotional rivalry. The drama explores the consequences of ambition, regret, and redemption, while keeping audiences hooked on the mystery of Eun-ho’s wish card and the unpredictable twists of fate. Episode three airs January 23 at 9:50 PM KST on SBS.
