Bloody Flower tells the gripping story of a serial killer who possesses the extraordinary ability to cure incurable diseases. The preview begins in a surgical room-like setting, where Lee Woo Kyum, played by Ryeoun, appears to be conducting human experiments. The tension escalates as police storm the scene, joined by prosecutor Cha I Yeon, portrayed by Geum Sae Rok. Their sudden intervention heightens the sense of urgency and danger.

Adding another layer of complexity, veteran actor Sung Dong Il appears as lawyer Park Han Jun, who takes on the defense of Lee Woo Kyum. His involvement signals that the case will move beyond investigation into the courtroom, where the killer’s actions will be judged under the law. The trailer rapidly shifts between moments of suspicion, confrontation, and conviction, clearly outlining the sharp conflict among three central figures: the investigator, the prosecutor, and the defense attorney.
