Chand Jalne Laga 17th January 2024 Written Episode Update
The episode begins with Tara’s anguish over Malik’s hatred for her. Savithri tells Madhav that Tara and Deva are doomed to be unhappy, as she has poisoned Tara’s heart. Tara confronts Malik and asks him if he wants to get rid of her. He mocks her and says he does not care about their ghantbhandan or their marriage. He reminds her of her promise to leave him once she revives Deva. Tara is heartbroken and runs away, leaving the ghantbhandan clothes on fire. Malik puts out the fire and realizes his mistake. Tara cries to God and wonders why he does not love her. She decides to leave him for his own good, as Savithri suggested. Jyothi knocks on the door and sees that Malik has sewn Tara’s favourite flowers on the ghantbhandan clothes.
Malik hopes to see Tara, but Jyothi arrives instead. She praises his work and urges him to join the others downstairs. Everything is set. Malik tells her to let Tara know. Jyothi assures him that Tara is a sensible person and she will be there soon. On the other hand, Savithri questions Tara if she is prepared to go. She reminds her of the vow she made to Mata Rani. She cannot break it. Tara feels torn. At the same time, Raunaq bumps into Farvari. He tells her not to assume that he is stalking her. Farvari replies that she knows things will change. Tara helped Malik reunite with his family. Raunaq sees an opportunity to manipulate her. He inquires about Farvari’s surname. Did she not mention it? He tries to turn her against Tara. Farvari argues with him.
Malik waits for Tara. Savithri prevents him from approaching Tara. He sits at the hawan. Tara is emotional. Savithri orders Farvari to move away. He may do the hawan now. Tara packs her belongings. Savithri tells Malik to perform the pooja. He says he was waiting for Tara. He does not care about the auspicious time. He calls Tara. Tara comes with her luggage. Savithri says she wanted to leave after finishing her work. Malik asks her if she wants to leave the house. Tara asks him if he wants her to stay in this house or not?
