Imlie 26th April :Surya Learns About Imlie’s Bar Dancer Days !
The episode unfolds with Imlie, lost in thought by the window, while Surya’s gaze remains fixed on her. The air fills with the strains of a patriotic song initiated by Surya. Anjali rings Malti, informing her about a viral video featuring Imlie and Surya. Nirmala confides in Anjali about her newfound knowledge of Imlie’s past, which she intends to discuss with Indira.
Their bus arrives in Benaras. Surya attempts to rouse a deeply sleeping Imlie, informing her of their arrival. Two men on the bus, caught ogling Imlie, draw Surya’s ire. Imlie queries the men about Surya’s outburst.
The men sow seeds of misunderstanding between Imlie and Surya. They tell Imlie that they were merely appreciating her performance on the bus, but Surya rebuked them for disrespecting women who dance for money. Surya warns the men, and upon returning to hail a cab, he discovers Imlie’s absence. He questions the cab driver about Imlie, only to learn that she has left.
Meanwhile, Anjali presents Nirmala and Indira with a video clip of Imlie’s bar dance. Nirmala expresses to Indira her concerns about Imlie tarnishing the family’s reputation. Hemalata questions Anjali’s excessive concern for their family. Nirmala defends Anjali, stating that her efforts are aimed at preserving the family’s image. Indira confides in CJ about Imlie’s concealed past. CJ assures Indira of his support. Indira suggests they need to take action. CJ advises Indira to let Surya make the decision and prompts her to call Surya to discuss the matter.
Surya embarks on a frantic search for Imlie, eventually learning that she has checked into a hotel. He questions Imlie about her sudden disappearance. Imlie, reluctant to engage in conversation, confronts Surya about his opinion on her bar dance. Indira calls Surya, requesting him to put the call on speaker. She reveals to Imlie that she is aware of her past.
Surya admits to Indira that he knows about Imlie’s past as a bar dancer. Indira urges Surya to take action. Surya defends Imlie, stating that she is not at fault as she has many responsibilities and he doesn’t judge her based on her past. Indira ends the call. Imlie questions Surya about his altercation with the men. She asks Surya about their conversation. Surya reveals to Imlie that the men were making inappropriate remarks about his wife.
In the next episode, Indira confesses to Imlie that she despises her because she discovered about her contractual marriage with Agasyta for money. Imlie responds to Indira, stating that she is willing to accept the accusations but will not continue to live with them and will end her alliance with Surya.
