Our tale begins with Janvi, pleading with Dadi to never utter the words that Kian is not her son. She passionately declares that Kian is her flesh and blood, reminding Dadi of the bond she formed with him while he was still a mere whisper of life in Anushka’s womb.
Anushka, in a twist of fate, abandons her child, leaving him in Janvi’s care with a note expressing her unwillingness to mother the child. She implores Janvi to find him a home in an orphanage.
With a heavy heart, Janvi carries the child to the orphanage, placing him gently in a cradle. She seeks divine guidance, questioning if her actions are just. As if answering her prayers, Kian clings to Janvi’s dupatta. Interpreting this as a celestial sign, Janvi resolves to raise Kian as her own. Misunderstandings lead to Pushkar evicting Janvi from the house, under the false belief that Kian is her biological son. Janvi confides in Dadi about her deep affection for Kian and implores her to keep the truth of his parentage a secret. Dadi consents.
The dawn of a new day sees Kian questioning Janvi about her failure to wake him up for his daily chores. Janvi playfully reminds him of his 5 km walk the previous day. The day brings joy as Janvi announces Kian’s admission into the prestigious Bundela International School. Overwhelmed with gratitude, Kian offers Aarthi to Janvi and together they leave for her hotel, after a prayer to the almighty.
Meanwhile, Aryaman, after offering his prayers, heads to the same hotel, intending to infiltrate as a trainee to uncover the friend and foe of Bundela.
Aryaman, praised for his style, swaps his attire with his driver to blend in with the common folk. He instructs the driver to feign ignorance of their relationship in the hotel.
As Aryaman boards the bus, Janvi ensures Kian is comfortably seated and engrossed in his mobile game for the duration of the journey.
Janvi notices Aryaman occupying a seat reserved for ladies. Determined to teach him a lesson, she pretends to converse with her Aunt Ratna, using Aryaman as a prop. Aryaman protests, questioning her inability to recognize him as a man. Janvi retorts, questioning his manhood for occupying a ladies’ seat. A heated argument ensues, culminating in Janvi accidentally falling into Aryaman’s lap as the bus jolts over a speed breaker, causing flowers to shower over them. Aryaman asks Janvi to get up and makes a snide remark. Realizing her stop has arrived, Janvi warns Aryaman to steer clear of her path, threatening to teach him a lesson if their paths cross again. She disembarks the bus with Kian, who remains oblivious to Aryaman’s presence. Aryaman, realizing the bus has reached the hotel stop, also alights, hoping to avoid any further encounters with Janvi.
