Katha Ankahee 28th August 2023 Written Episode Update
The episode begins with Maya expressing her desire to learn more about Katha and Viaan’s love story. She suggests leaving Teji and Farah behind, which shocks Teji. Viaan proposes staying with Maya, but she firmly declines, stating that she wants to spend time alone with Katha and Aarav. Maya also apologizes to Kavita for suddenly sharing her plans with her. Kavita reassures Maya that she should consider their house as her own. Maya then takes Katha with her, while Teji and Farah hide their smirks.
Maya and Katha enter a room where Katha expresses her wish for Maya to spend time with her and Aarav in their home, which is their world. Maya then asks Katha if she is truly happy, and Katha confirms her happiness. Maya opens up about Viaan’s challenging childhood and how she can now see love in his eyes for Katha, despite him being a determined and successful businessman.
Katha assures Maya that Viaan has moved past his traumatic past once she learns the truth about Viraj and Seema’s relationship. Maya tries to manipulate Katha by bringing up Viaan’s past, but Katha remains steadfast in her belief that he has overcome it.
Maya expresses her desire to become Katha’s best friend, which makes Katha happy. Katha commends Maya for taking care of Viaan during his childhood. Later, Aarav and Maya engage in a food competition that brings joy to Katha. Aarav leaves to get water for Maya, and during this time, Maya becomes emotional and opens up about her protectiveness towards Viaan. This revelation shocks and surprises Katha.
Maya decides to leave, but Aarav suggests that she spend more time with them. Maya promises to have a sleepover another day before leaving with a smile. Kailash and Kavita discuss Maya and both praise her for being an understanding person.
Kailash expresses his initial concerns to Kavita about Teji accepting Katha and Aarav. However, upon seeing Maya, he becomes happy and confident that Katha and Aarav will be accepted and respected in the Raghuvanshi family. This emotional moment is shared between Kailash and Kavita.
Maya has a meeting with Teji and Farah at their house. Farah compliments Maya’s acting skills. Teji expresses her gratitude to Maya for her help. Maya remembers how Farah and one of her workers assisted her in executing a plan to impress Katha and the Garewal family. Teji joyfully informs Maya that Katha greatly admires her, as do the Garewals. Maya suggests that in order to discover their enemies’ vulnerabilities, they must first become friends. Farah warns Maya about Katha’s intelligence, but Maya is determined to uncover Katha’s weaknesses in order to separate Katha and Viaan.
Maya praises Katha and reveals to Teji and Farah that if Katha were single, she would have approved of their relationship. This revelation shocks Teji.
She becomes emotional as she shares the news of her son Rohit marrying a single mother with Teji. She informs Teji that she doesn’t want Viaan to make the same mistake as Rohit. Maya instructs Teji to tell Katha that she must link her name with Raghuvanshi’s, breaking Katha’s moral code. Teji agrees to do as Maya asks.
The following day, Vanya is surprised by Ehsan’s behavior, which she tells Viaan about. Viaan becomes confused upon learning about Ehsan’s new side. Meanwhile, Farah meets Katha and tells her that she is going to become a board leader, urging her to sign some papers. Katha comes up with an excuse and goes to meet Viaan. Viaan is pleasantly surprised and happy with the news Katha shares. Katha becomes upset, but Viaan praises her talent and lifts her spirits. Katha also compliments Viaan.
In the preview, Katha refuses to follow Teji’s suggestion, and Viaan supports her decision. Maya decides to use Aarav to come between Katha and Viaan.
