In Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, Anvi is facing a difficult situation with Mukul Mama, who has been eyeing her inappropriately for years. Anvi feels suffocated and uneasy whenever he is around. Asmita, her mother, is aware of the situation but is unable to speak up as Mukul Mama is Surekha’s elder brother.
