Mera Balam Thanedaar 2nd July 2024 Written Episode Update
The episode begins with Veer having a dream about Bulbul. Drishti then enters the room, and asks him if he was dreaming about her. Veer is surprised to see her and she reveals that she found her dream person, mentioning Druv’s name. She invites him to her engagement before he leaves for Delhi the next day, as she heard he was planning on going.
Veer explains he has an important case to handle and Drishti asks him to promise he will attend her engagement before leaving. Veer agrees and assures her he will. She inquires about Bulbul and he reassures her that everything is fine between them. Drishti notices Bulbul approaching and purposely touches Veer’s hand, pretending to console him. Veer thanks her for always being there as a friend.
Bulbul is saddened by the news and calls him to come eat breakfast, but he leaves without explaining his behavior towards her. Drishti wonders why he is ignoring her and Veer agrees to stay for two days to take care of the family. Drishti promises to take care of Veer and reveals that she will be close to him in Delhi, upsetting Bulbul.
Meanwhile, Bulbul cooks in the kitchen and experiences a burning sensation in her stomach. She eats Mishri and reminisces about their time together. During a video call with Mishri, she learns that Mishri is taking care of her grandmother and waiting for her boarding admission card.
Bulbul thanked Veer for his support, while Mishri commented on having a supportive husband before disconnecting the call. Bulbul worried that Veer was drifting away from her, feeling lost in her own world. When Veer noticed Bulbul’s hand nearly burning, he quickly rushed to help her, scolding her for her carelessness. Bulbul defiantly asked him to let her burn, questioning who would save her in the future if he wasn’t there for her. Veer reminded her that she needed to learn to be independent and left her alone.
Sulakshana complained to Varadha that Bulbul was the reason for his upcoming transfer, as he used to visit her regularly in the hospital but was now willing to leave her behind. Meanwhile, Vaayu suggested to Varnika that something had happened between Bulbul and Veer that they were unaware of, and they needed to support her. As Veer stood in the garden, the tension between them lingered.
Varadha arrives and offers advice to him, urging him to resolve their issues instead of avoiding them. Veer insists there are no problems between them, but Vaayu questions his certainty. Veer, revealing he is a police officer, mentions he has been transferred and then excuses himself. Vaayu suggests that Bulbul cleverly brought Veer to the puja and will also prevent his transfer.
In the meantime, Varadha playfully mocks Bulbul for mistaking her tears for salt in the curry they are preparing, trying to cheer her up. However, Bulbul remains upset, concerned about Veer’s transfer. Varadha asks why she is crying, to which Bulbul blames it on the onions. She promises to bring coffee to him, but Varadha suggests a magic trick to stop her husband’s transfer. Confused, Bulbul seeks advice from Varadha, who reassures her that they can prevent the transfer together.
