Mera Balam Thanedaar 1st July 2024 Written Episode Update
The episode opens with Veer assisting Bulbul, who has stopped her scooter. Sulakshana questions how he arrived there. Varadha inquires whether Bulbul went home to fetch a thread (dhaga). Bulbul lies, claiming her scooter broke down, and she encountered Veer on the way. He helped her reach their location. Varadha checks if she’s okay, and she nods. Bulbul invites Veer to participate in the puja, and he agrees. They exchange a hi-five. During the rituals, Bulbul prays that their relationship remains unbroken, and she hopes to spend her life with Veer. They notice the thread is about to break, prompting Veer to rush to her aid. Sulakshana praises them as a perfect couple who tackle problems together. She even expresses her desire to find a daughter-in-law like Bulbul for Veer.
Bulbul confides in Veer that she specifically prayed for his presence during the puja. She wanted to share this moment with him, and her prayer was answered. Veer cryptically mentions that God heard another prayer of hers. However, he then drops a bombshell: he has received a transfer to Delhi and must go alone, leaving Bulbul behind.
Sulakshana questions Veer about the transfer, but Bulbul initially assumes he’s playing a prank. Veer insists it’s real and asks them not to persuade him otherwise. Kaveri sends a message to Drishti. Sulakshana acknowledges that duty necessitates his transfer, but she’s upset that he didn’t discuss it with the family. Varnika pleads with him not to leave. Vaani and Viyuk try to convince him as well, but Veer remains resolute. Vaayu suggests canceling the trip, but Veer explains it’s impossible. Varadha insists that Bulbul accompany Veer, but he refuses, citing the dangerous nature of his mission. He must focus on work, and Bulbul can’t stay alone in their house.
Varadha asks if Veer will return home after completing his mission, and Veer confirms. Sulakshana inquires about his return date, which he specifies as November 7th. When Druv calls Veer, he steps away, and Bulbul follows. Kaveri blames Bulbul, earning a stern look from Varadha. Bulbul snatches Veer’s phone, refusing to let him leave. She pleads with him not to abandon her. Veer, however, remains steadfast. He admits he can’t pretend to lead a happy life with her in front of his family. To spare her, he’s decided to leave. Bulbul is left heartbroken.
Later, Veer checks his phone, and Bulbul hugs him from behind, pouring out her feelings. She clings to him, desperate to hold onto their connection.
