The episode unfolds with a wave of excitement as Rishi announces to Ayush that John has consented to a 3-year deal. Overwhelmed with joy, Ayush insists on a celebration hosted by Avinash, who readily agrees. Ayush then rushes off to share the thrilling news with Avinash.
In the meantime, Malishka, with a hint of mystery, calls Rishi to inquire about the gift he plans to give her. When Rishi turns the question around, asking her about her desired gift, she playfully asks him to come home for the answer. Rishi, intrigued, agrees. Alone, Malishka contemplates her wish for a sibling for Rohan, believing that their own child would cement their bond.
Elsewhere, Lakshmi engages in a conversation with Rohan, questioning him about his pick-up arrangements. Rohan, unsure, is soon fetched by a driver.
A sudden encounter occurs when Ranjit collides with Malishka’s car. A heated argument ensues, with Malishka leaving a sharp comment before departing.
Ranjit’s henchmen, bearing Vada Pav, question Ranjit about Lakshmi’s whereabouts. Ranjit, confident, asserts that Lakshmi must be nearby as Parvati attends a school in the vicinity and he had recently crossed paths with Rishi’s wife.
Meanwhile, Shalu confides in Lakshmi about her job hunt and her hopes of securing a position soon. She mentions Rano’s suggestion of seeking employment at Oberoi, but expresses her desire to find a job independently, not wanting to further their debt. Parvati commends Shalu for her determination1.
In a twist of fate, Ranjit spots Lakshmi in the market and begins to tail her. However, a collision with a fruit vendor causes him to lose sight of her.
Lakshmi, ever the Good Samaritan, assists an elderly woman who has dropped her groceries. Unbeknownst to her, Ayush catches a glimpse of her from behind but fails to recognize her. Distracted by a phone call, he steps out of his car, and Lakshmi slips away unnoticed.
In a moment of missed connection, Ayush walks past Ranjit without recognizing him.
Back home, Lakshmi presents Parvati with a watermelon, earning her gratitude.
As the day draws to a close, Malishka distributes the outfits she has chosen for the family members for the upcoming anniversary.
In a startling revelation, Shalu spots Ranjit in the market. Confirming his identity, she quickly leaves the area.
Shalu warns Lakshmi about Ranjit’s presence in Mumbai, suspecting he might be there for Lakshmi. Lakshmi reassures Shalu, reminding her that good always triumphs over evil, but internally resolves to be cautious around Parvati.
In a heartwarming scene, Malishka assists Rohan in crafting a doll. Rohan proudly displays his creation to Rishi and the rest of the family. Malishka attempts to express her desire for a daughter to Rishi, but their conversation is interrupted by Rohan.
